This flow is simple yet challenging. Crow pose is normal, but for 1 whole minute? Wow. And reserve forward fold! How can it so hard to straighten my legs without my butt touch the matt. LOL. I'm amaze all the time I try your flow Marina. By the creativity. By your flexibility, how smooth you are when drop back to wheel and get back standing 😍 This flow is really fun! 30 min fly fast. Day 5 (workout 3) done!! I swap the other backend flow with this because I cannot wait to try your new class !! Boy, it was so tough!! I modify the crow by lifting one leg at a time and also using the wall for wheel drop back etc… but it was so fun and I felt great !! It is funny that in the beginning of the class it was so tough but towards the end it becomes so peacefully and relaxing with a good stretch !! Thanks Marina for keeping me challenging myself!!!

I can't drop straight into the wheel pose, not yet. But I was able to hold 3-5 seconds of the crow pose (first time) and my wheel poses are now cleaner and more stable. Thanks to you marina.
My goodness, Marina, my everything is tired. But in a good way! I haven't lowered into a wheel since I was a kid. I used the wall a bit, but it was exciting! Also, that pigeon twist was so nice on my mid-back. Thanks so much! Day 4!

Day 4 week 2! I found this practice a bit hard in same moments expecially in some advances poses but I loved the combination of strength, balance and the stretching at the end of the practice ! thank you!
It feels like I found a new killing practice from you, Marina! So challenging! I m able to do the wheel pose from standing position, but it was very hard to do all the sequence before it! Day 4 of Yoga challenge fully completed)
ı very enjoy with practising with Marina. I just want to say sometimes ı cant understand the movements when you are doing them on the right side.ı can understand them when you are doing them on left side because of the camera perspect. I am missing the right side exercise.Namaste
Oh I can understand your point Sahra !!! That is why I often say that you need repeating the classes and really getting familiar with all poses and names and transitions !!! And you will see how much easier it all becomes !!!
