week 4 day 4 done!!!!! i really like the way to have the training like this! short without rest , it makes it more efficient yaayyyyy love it specially for hong kong people who live in a fast pace life haha, i will definitely invite more friends to look into all the abs videos of yours haha
week 4 day 4, OMG!! after few seconds my abs were on fire already but the mental motivation you gave us made me finish the practice without taking break. I found very useful to be focus on my breath during every single movement. Great work out!!
Tough! I'm still working on healing that diastasis so I modified a bit when on my back, but all the plank work was great! You're so strong! Thanks for helping us get that way!

Week 4 Day 4 (workout 2) done!!! First of all, amazing new intro, great effort, Marina!! Secondly, this workout is so intense, felt like it is the most intense among your abs workout!!! I’m struggling hard and doing all funny faces during the workout!! But after 9 mins, I feel so good!!! Thanks Marina
wow!!! last plank killed me!! , i sweated a lot with only 10 minutes, of course total core workout all we need for a great results in many yoga poses because i notice strong core make me have better balance to achieve many movements :)

Now I'm just a little bit afraid of the handstand practice, I want to do next, because it includes core work, too.. 😅 And can we talk about that intro!?
