What's to explain? We get what you mean - you uploaded the video first, and it pisses you off that someone copied it and re-uploaded it. Big whoop. It wasn't your private content in the first place. You're owed nothing, and you have a lot of nerve expressing indignation that someone reposted what you technically had no right to post in the first place.

Cyndi Lauper Mexico is the name of the Group that uploaded it. The description of the video says indeed she's in Spain :)
