What are the effects if you find no fluid in the dual clutch container
hi there, how can I prevent air goes into system? or do I need to degas it?
What is the recommanded period of DCT oil change dual clutch motor oil change?
Got video show clean the throttle body ?
After how long should the oil be changed
Hello brother how about the honda shuttle how to change atf tnx
Great video. First instruction video I've found that specifies the type of oil used in GP5 clutch cylinders. My Honda hybrid manual doesn't show it. Could you show a video on how to flash and change brake fluid on GP5?
Thank you this was very helpful
Glad it helped
FLASHING anything would require you to get the Honda HDS application to do it though your OBD2 port.
Sir what type of oil is that?
My brake fluid leaks from the bottom of the engine
Great video! May I know if calibration needs to be done after changing the dual clutch oil on the Honda Fit Hybrid GP5 Year 2016 please? Thanks.
No need of a recalibration. It is just an oil change. Mechanical components aren't involved. It is the reason that a recalibration is not required.
@@alloncars8096 Many thanks dear. And can you upload a complete video on how to properly change the ATF-DW1 fluid on a Honda Fit Hybrid GP5 Year 2016 please? Thanks.
Hello friend, how much is the amount of liquid that needs to be changed? Thank you
200 ml in total. 100 ml in each container
Is it a good idea to change it at home? If there is no problem with it we can save some money.
Absolutely. There are no major components involved. You just need to know the bolts to unscrew and clips to detach. No recalibration needed what so ever for a clutch oil change.
Thank you for sharing the video. What kind of oil type did you use please?
Sorry. Found it.
Bro what is the type of oil is used? Can you tell me full details along with the brand?
I used Lockheed Dot 4 oil. The brand doesn't matter as experts say as Dot 4 has the same boiling point irrespective of the brand. But in my experience, Lockheed is the one that has the least color change when changing the oil. That is why I use Lockheed. But again, color change may or may not represent the quality of the oil when dispose.
@@alloncars8096 bro what is the quantity? in mililiters?
Same for honda vezel hybrid 2016?
yes
I heard we beed to calibrate after cahnging this oil or gears will be jerky
changing dual clutch oil in this way does not require a re calibration
I experienced the same effect after changing
After a month jerkyness gone away on mine,
One thing i notice that made big difference is that take the battery terminal off then on ,it mgt reset the computer
If the dual clutch is low what can happen
The clutch fluid provides pressure to engage and disengage the clutch itself. If the oil levels goes down than the low level indicator, there is a possibility of overheating the clutch, finally the clutch will ware off
how often should that be changed?
In the manual it says, for 40,000 kms. But if the vehicle under go bumper to bumper traffic heavily, better to change on 20,000 km
Wow, mine is due a change from waaay back. Thanks.
How many km to change the oil
Depends on multiple factors like heat and driving style. But doing it atleast on 25-30k interval would be good
