Thanks for the vedio. We have some issues popping up with Honda Vezel, Fit GP5, GP7 and Grace models in Sri Lanka. As you know Sri Lanka is a wet and humid country and non of these models are made to be used in the south Asian region. Some of the vehicles from above models are having issue with the dual clutch system. Mostly if the car was driven in traffic for long duration then the dual clutch gets over heated and engine is shut down by the main computer to stop critical damages to the car. Do you have anything to add?
Just change actuator fluid every 6 months as this fluid takes up moisture . Use only dot 4 oil. CHANGE transmission oil evey 30,000 atf-dw1 honda 1.3 liters for 2WD.
I was took my car, but some one says, its break oil has been finished, when i was say him to refill it, he can't. Then he says it's gear box has been problem. I'm confused now, what happen to do me? I check out it famous auto shop in my CIT SAHIWAL.

IRFAN ..... so far im very happy with the car. Love the pick, the comfort the power in sports mode and economy. Just buy a 2015 and above model There is a lingering chance of the gear getting overheated and costing 3-4 lakh to fix. Thats is why i am always afraid, otherwise a wonderful car.

Dot 4 caters temperature, so when thrust trpple bearing in clutch heat up it heats the liquid and it passes that temp over to sensors located in actuater box. Dont wash boxes with any liquids instead cotton or clean cloth.

anything with a clutch will jerk a little bit vezel comes with dual clutch automatic transmission so its fine the car will jerk a little bit just maintain you car periodically but change the transmission oil a bit early for the dct transmission atf dw1 ultra and also the actuator fluid which is dot 4

It helps lubricate the 7 speed dual clutch gear of honda vezel The actuator fluid gets humidity in it and the humidity is checked by a pen meter. Recommended change is after 30k to 50k depending on country. Do not use atfw. Use onlt DOT 4 BRAKE OIL AS ACTUATOR FLUID..NOT DOT 3 BUT DOT 4
Hey this actuator fluid is used for transmission cooling. Dot 4 brake oil is a good cooling agent but it gathers moisture from time to time making it less effective. Atf is the transmission fluid used for lubrication of the transmission. It's put somewhere else don't mix up the two

I own a Vezel hybrid The first mistake that people make is that they confuse Atf dw-1 and Atf dw-1 ultra. In reality, they are the same transmission oil, no need to spend 15000 for ultra when local is available. The ultra in the name is the name of the brand in japan "Honda Utra LTD". They will put the word ultra on every product.

I preffer seiken dot 4. Liqui moli is thicker so it raised my transmission temp once. So i replaced with seiken dot 4.

@@akshayr994 ... needs 2 250 ml bottles as you have to mix the white gunk at bottom to oil and take out. 2-3 repeats are needed so 500ml will do.
