Went from a Cbr 600RR 2023 after 6months just purchased a CBR 1000RR 2023 and Both are sleepers in bike community..Fast and and comfortable! Most not aware! Yes pipe/exhaust Yoshi sounds perfect!
Dude i literally just looked at this bike in Nov.2022. I too come from zx10 and R1's. These 2015-2023 just aren't comfortable. Too far of a reach to the handle bars. I found when i sat on 22 cbr1000rr. It was not to bad of a riding position. My wife also stated the same thing you mentioned that it won't be my best looking bike i've owned. After looking at your video i think i might go ahead and take another look at it. I won't dare touch a gixxer due to everybody and their mother owns one here in the DMV area. Great video. Great content. I'll be looking for updates along the way 👍🏾👍🏾.
Antowne…I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in a 2023 CBR1000RR purchase. I seriously love mine so much. It’s my favorite bike to ride long distance. And boy does it pull hard. Let me know when you get yours. I’d love to see it. 🤓
I have a 2022 with yoshimura slip on. What's you thoughts on full exhaust or gutted cat? I want more power out of it but not sure if just an ecu flash will do enough. I would appreciate any tips on performance mods. Thanks man great vid
I did a full CAT delete. You'll need a SERVO BUDDY to bypass the CEL. You will also need to DYNO tune and ECU flash the bike afterwards. I pulled 192 HP after the work I did on the bike. It's sooooooo nice. You won't regret it.
Awesome, I already have a servo buddy and quickshifter. Where did you find the link pipe to delete cat? Or is it full yoshi. Did Chris Moore tune? Im only 2 hours from his shop. Sorry for all the questions but you're the first guy I've seen with the same bike that's modded right.
So interesting fact the last 4 digits of your vin in the manufacture number. So your bike is the 11th made this year. Mine is #99 haha. Have the same one and I love it too and did everything you did. I want to send mine to Chris aswell. Would love to hear the hp numbers
I’m on the fence right now between this bike and the ZX10R. It appears that the ZX10R comes with more features than this bike (including the quick shifter), but the Honda is priced better. Any thoughts on noteworthy differences that would push me one way or the other?
@jdaveca Brother you will NEVER GO WRONG with a Kawasaki ZX-10R. It’s a BEAST. The Honda CBR1000RR is dated and for a bike that’s $18K not to come with a QS is just asinine IMHO. I installed one for $600. But it’s just something I would expect for a bike in this price point. Follow your heart. It will never lead you astray. ❤️
Picking one up soon. A couple questions, how is the power delivery? Had a 13 when it was new and loved it's usable power. And how intrusive are the rider aids, more so about the abs, as the one I had was sketchy. I kept going back and forth between the r1 and the cbr but something about the ergonomics I felt like I'd have a blast on it.
Power delivery once flashed is exceptional. Prior is feels like a ZX-6R. Ergo is great on a CBR. If I were to spend $18K on a bike my pick would be the R1.
@@CK_RIDES haven't had bike since my 88 yam 1000 and my 87 kaw 1000. Yam ran 168 kaw ran 175. Not mid life crisis it's end of life crisis. 😂 71 now want to go sit on one next weekend. No road trips just blast around a bit. Had a Kawasaki 900 punched to 1013 modified. Also had a full race fairing on it in 1975. Fairing added 12 mph top end. Forgot what it ran top end 150's.
Man i have a 2006 CBR1000rr, but i was going to get a S1k 2023 because even though i wanna stay honda for reliability, i cant afford a CBR1000 triple R.........so are you alleging that the 2023 double R can keep up with the liter bikes of the world?.
Its funny to me people dont know that Honda makes the best out of the Japanese bikes their engineering is above and beyond because you need to understand because they engineer all types of vehicles they can take that technology and incorporate into all their vehicles. Brother you think the RR is amazing you should ride the RRR SP and youll really be blown away its better than all the litre bikes and you need to ride it to understand.
Totally would buy this bike if it had CC and QS.....I can care less about 200hp, can't use it all on the street anyway, 175hp is plenty.....the balance, comfort, handling, and reliability is key And Honda does these traits xtremely well.....plus it's probably the best looking bike out Adj rearsets, slip on and its done deal.... Pricing should be coming down, We're you able to get a decent deal on it?....
I just installed the QS (see the video below) Its sooooo much better with it vs without it. But for $18K you'd think it would be included. Cost me an extra $600 USD to put it on. Still worth every penny IMHO.

Mine just happened to be a lemon. They bought it back from me and gave me a 2023 Fireblade as its replacement.
Another Amazing Platform CK🤙🏼

Awesome bike. You helped me made a descision.
Are you going to buy the 2023 CBR 1000 RR?
Love the stable
Thanks Scott.

@@ghostcbr1k Its a FULL YOSHI...but you can get away with a 3/4 Y-PIPE too if the FULL isn't in the budget.
Same bike 2022 yoshimura exhaust dominator mid pipe quick shifter velocity stacks and flashed by RC45 KCS Tune
I know your bike is a BEAST!!! Great tune!!! ❤️

Let me know what kind of numbers you get from that flash. I’m looking at getting one as my next bike, upgrading from my 600rr.
187 HP
@@CK_RIDES What mods did you do? Is that pump gas?
Hey bro it's a great motorcycle i hve own one an can't get enuff of it nice bike
I love my 2023 CBR1000RR. I just installed an OEM QUICK SHIFTER. Stay tuned for that video. 🤓

How is riding position compared to kaw and yam? 6' 220 lb. Thanks
Depends on how you ride. I'm 5'11 and the bike was comfortable for me. Just GUTLESS.

Does the 2023 model comes in black?
Not that I know of. At least in the US market. Other markets maybe.
No not in USA
What do you do for a living sir?
I have a Black Box ATA from BotJok.com that prints money for me 24/7/365

Sorry, this is not the 2023 model!!! from 2020 the cbr has wingles, and different front.
Watch the video. I actually film the 2023 VIN. Sorry to correct you.
You are talking about the triple-R which has winglets. This is the 2023 double-R.
@@rishirajsaikia1323 You are 100% correct
@@CK_RIDES this is sc77 model which ended in 2019. Year when out from fabric can be 2025 and model anyway sc77, from 2020 another one model, sorry ;D
