Mr. Mike! I hope you all are doing great! As far as the “Parts Truck,” I thoroughly believe you could not have done better, especially for the money, because I believe if you were to buy all those parts separately, you would have had to pay about half again as much, and, with you itemizing all the parts accordingly, you can use just about every single part, and selling what good parts you don’t need, and putting all the scrap parts/pieces with all your other scrap parts and pieces that you already have, and make some of your money back, while also cleaning up your area as well! A true all around bonus, I believe! Best wishes to you all throughout accordingly, including with all your & your Dad’s projects! Take care and may God Bless you all! Amen!
Congratulations Mike... LOL. I've had that same feeling of remorse numerous times when I bid on something. The one time you really hope another bidder will jump in and snipe you when there is about 2 seconds left, and of course it doesn't happen.
Parts galore. Doesn't make sense for most folks to buy this but someone doing what you are with the old trucks it's a gold mine of goodies. We support you, no matter what Andria has to say about the truck :)
Mike, the diffs while having some corrosion, are not on their last legs. So Salvage diffs, frame fittings, air tank(s), front axle, steering box, electrics, Very good. Get new rails, I've only seen one great frame sistering. that was done by a pro, who has done almost a dozen, before Best wishes..
Tons of parts that can be harvested…..not a bad purchase! Hell, that leather Legacy seat will most likely clean up nice……the parts MORE than justified the expenditure. No way you could buy them all separately for less!
Yes Mike you could use the forward part of the frame and extend the frame on Kenny at least you would have the back part for a template to make the new holes for the suspension I think it would be a good buy just in parts alone keep up the good work brother and I will keep watching you need it for the parts trust me
Ritchie Bros love their new way of auctions they are making a shit ton more money. Ever since covid they stopped having live bids you can preview the stuff they are not live auctions like we used to have. Guys end up with trigger finger on their keyboard and end up buying something for way way more than it should. The 4 wheels are 500 dollars, you have the steering axle which you need. The cab looks to be in decent shape. You are into it for more than a grand after you pay the Ritchie load out fees etc.
You have mentioned the daylight doors a couple of times and I have to say they look awesome on cabovers. We have them on the K200 and K220 here in Australia.
Mike as your dad says it’s just work !!! You know you have saved money by buying it to get all the parts individually would cost a lot more you know that yourself Go with what you said cut the frame we’re it’s broken use the front half You will utilise it all I know I would 👍💯
Hi mike good buy it would cost you more in time an money at wreckers than 1 buy like that . Undo the rears slide em forward redrill the rails pull cab off an make rails asl long as you can then cut an strech kenny. Cheers mate🇦🇺
looking fwd to the picking it up video mate!! Get it stripped out right away while you have good weather then you can split up what you can use and what can be sold off...
Dont worry Mike you can part it out to save you money, then peddle the left overs or haul to scrapper! What I saw in the video was that you got your suspension, rear ends spare frame rail, misc others, doors etc. But also it looked like it had a lot of the air hoses had been replaced, plus seats, interior. With dad helping I bet you get Kenny stretched out like he did to Stubby. That was a fabulous job by the way! You'll get you money back in just parts! Get Low & Slow and take it home big guy!!! Your doing great work to save the cab overs and some real great machines! Keep up the Good Work and video's You now have a Growing Fleet of Cab-overs + a trio of Aerodyne's That's bragging Rights if nothing Else!!
When you get it home Mike just do us all a favor and don't start thinking you can save it. It's a parts truck and a good buy at that. You might have to move in with Dad for awhile though. Maybe a new trip to Disney for your new channel might be in order to help smooth things over.
You got more than a thousand in parts, that was a good buy.🙂 Hey did you notice the Free pen on the drivers side, Bonanza Time!😁 Don't wring your hands Mike you did good, I just hated myself for cutting up that 56 chevy to save the 2 door, but gads did that save me a ton of money in the long run.🙂
Wonderbra! Time to fire up Low & slow. With the axles and the mid-section rails Kenny is starting to look viable again. All those vents & so on are timely purchases for Smokey so not a waste of brass, rather a saving.
Congratulations on your acquisition... I guess? Look at it this way, where else and when would you be able to buy so many parts that are in good condition all at once?
Mike i think its a buy surely that steering box is worth the money you paid for the wreck ,and there will lots of other bits you,ll take of it Maybe Andrea wont notice it 😅😅😅😅 Then theres the road trip to pick it up great content winner!!!!!! Kym Adelaide
Hey, Mike, you gotta look at it this way. Where are you gonna go and get doors? Suspension and all other parts for a $1000. I think you did and plus whatsoever left. You can scrap or sell and make a little bit of money back. So all in all, what are you gonna do right? So you did okay take care. Hope to see more videos soon. I wait every day for a new video. Love all your contand God bless you and your dad and your family. See you soon you're friend gypsy Jim from Detroit Michigan.😢😮😂😂
It's one of those things all the parts that are going to find homes on your other trucks would you be able to buy them and have them delivered for 1000 to 1200
Thousand dollars is it bad in the long-run year to save money with the parts I get off of it even after you stripped the doors off the cab you may be able to get a couple hundred bucks back so in reality less than $1000
Would cut the rear off that were its cracked up and put a single axle under it with another cat engine make a nice little work run truck or even a little ute body on it like that one you looked at before looks to good to wreck the Cab and front end out of it my thoughts to the story anyone else think that be a good project to
Actually, that’s cheap, for parts, sell the cab, keep the doors, switch’s,gauges, them rear axles, suspension, the frame is ok if cut the rear off, cross members, really what you do,that’s cheap for parts, umm the wife, umm, good luck, you might get, your tea is in the dog, when you repair trucks, money just disappears on bits.good video.
Take what you need and spend some evenings listing what's left to make back some money. It makes financial sense when you weigh up buying individual pieces. You never know you might break even or make a small profit. It's not like you've done anything crazy before, right?
Not a hard job to remove that steering box and I remember many years ago paying four thousand dollars for one. You can not even get one good rear end for a small portion of this price, and this even has all the bracketry! Dumb luck or such wonderful economic times tells all everyone now should know
It’s parts for multiple trucks and probably enough left to sell or scrap to pay for itself. At least that’s what I would tell Andria. 😂
You couldn't buy all those parts for 1000 bucks, you did ok. The daylight doors on a cabover would be cool.
The doors alone are worth 1000$ from a wrecking yard
Bargain buy Mike. So much value there. Well done.
Mr. Mike! I hope you all are doing great! I think you did good, 46k rears and they look to have lockers, that alone is worth the money. You did alright Mike!
Mike, the diffs while having some corrosion, are not on their last legs. So Salvage diffs, frame fittings, air tank(s), front axle, steering box, electrics, Very good.

You got your money back in parts.
💯

That is great deal Mike.
Hi from France, yeah seems like a pretty sound buissiness desicion.
Sounds like a great deal to me
Lol...I think it's an ok deal, a buddy paid almost that for pilot hubs.
If you were to source those parts separately, the shipping would come to more than you've paid potentially. You'll certainly get your money back.
You have mentioned the daylight doors a couple of times and I have to say they look awesome on cabovers. We have them on the K200 and K220 here in Australia.
Sounds right thing to do 👍👋🇨🇦
Looks well maintained, good haul.
Mike as your dad says it’s just work !!!
You know you have saved money by buying it to get all the parts individually would cost a lot more you know that yourself
Go with what you said cut the frame we’re it’s broken use the front half

You will get your money in parts, and can scrap the rest. It was a good deal.
Good parts truck for sure
Good investment Mike
Hi mike good buy it would cost you more in time an money at wreckers than 1 buy like that . Undo the rears slide em forward redrill the rails pull cab off an make rails asl long as you can then cut an strech kenny. Cheers mate🇦🇺
Awesome buy! All you have to do is get it home.
all sorts of parts... Airhorns look ok too!!! Diff's, frt axle, interior bits sell the cab... time to fire up Low n slow for the pickup mate!
Price out the individual parts, Mike - you scored big time.
looking fwd to the picking it up video mate!!
Get it stripped out right away while you have good weather then you can split up what you can use and what can be sold off...
Mike what you offered it's worth that in scrap, but the part's is where the value is. Just don't let the wife watch the videos for a month.👍👍😂🤣😂🤣
Dont worry Mike you can part it out to save you money, then peddle the left overs or haul to scrapper! Andrea will give you "that look".....the one that every woman does!
Is that before or after she chokes him
Oh well it will be good content bringing it home 👍👍👍✝️✝️✝️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦😎
You can still sell the cab , just put the Cabover door on the t800
Does the radio work ? You should have bid on that low deck for hauling toys around town....
Good buy use what you can and sell what you don't need and scrap the rest👍
Make the cabin into a boat
congrats Mike you bought yourself a pile of parts hahaha but hey you can yse them thou enjoy buddy you going to video picking it up
Nice buy!!
Keep it up Mike we love ya brother just make some more videos bro hell yeah
Great video Mike part's is part's for all your other trucks. Looking forward to your next video stay safe Mike.
Auction sites are dangerous to my wallet. I stay away for them 😅
When you get it home Mike just do us all a favor and don't start thinking you can save it. It's a parts truck and a good buy at that. You might have to move in with Dad for awhile though. Maybe a new trip to Disney for your new channel might be in order to help smooth things over.
the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem
A little paint and your good to go ........lol
Isn't a thousand Canadian like 79.95$ USD?😂🤣😂🤣
Good parts to use
Damn good deal lots of good stuff we'll done 😊
gettem to throw in the trailer beside it 😁
Mike,K 2 needs gauges,,,this is a gold mine if u get it, Kenny looking good, 😅new rails swap over what u need ,😂❤❤❤❤❤
Congrats:)
Nice knowing you Mike😂😂
Lol😂😂😂😂
Wonderbra! Time to fire up Low & slow. With the axles and the mid-section rails Kenny is starting to look viable again. All those vents & so on are timely purchases for Smokey so not a waste of brass, rather a saving.
The good news is it doesn’t appear to have any oil leaks….
🤣
👍
You have done well.
😂🤣😂🤣.....classic!!!
❤uno,I might have spent a $1000,BUT you have saved 10s of thousand with all the parts on that rigg, best thing ever,😅😊
Finally something that won't use much diesel tell Andrea.
Congratulations on your acquisition... I guess? Look at it this way, where else and when would you be able to buy so many parts that are in good condition all at once?
I will meet you in the dog house! Lol!
I think that frames long enough you could cut it and make a tractor out of it
Mike hi 🖐
Tires are worth the price for the whole thing
It will just become another truck dumped around the yard
😎👍
Mike i think its a buy surely that steering box is worth the money you paid for the wreck ,and there will lots of other bits you,ll take of it
Maybe Andrea wont notice it 😅😅😅😅
Then theres the road trip to pick it up great content winner!!!!!!
Kym
Adelaide
Mike at least you got a cab to move into when the wife kicks you out of the house for buying that parts truck lol
Lol
Might be a good way to get the trucks done on a budget I bet you those rear ends cost more than 1k so might turn out to save you money down the road
Lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Playing around on the auctions...yeah.....I ended up with an Ambulance....lol. Good luck
Mike's going to end up IN an ambulance 😂
Hey, Mike, you gotta look at it this way. Where are you gonna go and get doors? Suspension and all other parts for a $1000. I think you did and plus whatsoever left. Take that crinkled air cleaner apart and try and hammer it out. If put on driver side of Smokey and would face back of engine.
yes she will mike RIP
never bid at night or after drinking🤣🤣
Lol that's some sage advice 🤣
Couldnt you use the cab roof skin to repair the 359 cab
Your supposed to be reducing the fleet!
It's worth 1000.00 for parts but you'll have to work for it. I wonder what the gears are.
I see 430's
if we see you wing a black eye we know what happend LOL
It's one of those things all the parts that are going to find homes on your other trucks would you be able to buy them and have them delivered for 1000 to 1200
Well it would make a great parts truck for your projects.. I bet it would cost you more than $1000 to buy all the parts you will need sepatately..
I knew it would come down to your wife knowing.
Thousand dollars is it bad in the long-run year to save money with the parts I get off of it even after you stripped the doors off the cab you may be able to get a couple hundred bucks back so in reality less than $1000
For a 1000 bucks u scored mike....you can sell the cab alone for 1500 all day long
Would cut the rear off that were its cracked up and put a single axle under it with another cat engine make a nice little work run truck or even a little ute body on it like that one you looked at before looks to good to wreck the Cab and front end out of it my thoughts to the story anyone else think that be a good project to

Cab for your 359
It would have cost you a thousand, and a road trip for the doors.
A man can never have to many truck parts in stock.
Take what you need and spend some evenings listing what's left to make back some money. It makes financial sense when you weigh up buying individual pieces. You never know you might break even or make a small profit. It's not like you've done anything crazy before, right?
Can u put the air breather from drivers side to passenger side?
would the cab be any good for the 359?
Great idea for parts but your taking so bloody long to do other jobs you'll never strip that truck down anytime this century
Not a hard job to remove that steering box and I remember many years ago paying four thousand dollars for one. You can not even get one good rear end for a small portion of this price, and this even has all the bracketry! Dumb luck or such wonderful economic times tells all everyone now should know
awesome what is the name of the website?
If you are smart you put a new frame in that truck and build that truck that's a that's a nice truck
Could you drive it home?
