Do you get a lot of snow blowing over the top of the plow at like 20? I do about 7 miles of roads and my hiniker leaves my windshield covered with 4" of snow.
Think you just sold me on the snowex. Extremely frustrated with the western I have… never gets to pavement. Starting to fall apart after one year of use, busting welds and moldboard warp
@@JoeBarronTV I think prices have gone up,---a lot. I am paying over 6 grand for a 7'2" straight blade from Snowex with installation, (probably done right now), and I think they cut me a bit of a deal, (friend of her brother). Got sick of the hired help excavating my driveway and yard.
look into curb guards expensive but should help that

The deflector shield for the top makes a huge difference
Not much sense I added a deflector. We plow HOA roads also at 20mph ish.
Heated wiper blades helps

@@MartinbrothersOutdoorServices I fully understand, but with down pressure. I’ve got no issue having to reinforce my welds.
I would say it is good the wing edges bend, and not the plow.
