We just did the same thing to our 8611. For the wings we ended up drilling tapping the blade so that there was no bit or bolt on the back side. So far so good but still haven’t had much of a season at all yet
So far so good, unfortunately, we didn’t have a very busy season after these were installed one of our worst seasons in the last 11 years. Hopefully, I will have some more data this weekend. They are barely starting to wear in at the moment.
@@JoeBarronTV I hear you. February is usually our biggest snowfall month. But last year we barely had an ice event the first week of February and nothing after that. We still had okay revenue with salting applications in Dec and Jan.

Just curious, couldn't you weld them on?
It would be hard to because they are cast iron. It would be hard to heat them enough to get good penetration. But yes technically possible!
