The trouble is, we live in a world where people only think about themselves and not the negative impact their actions or accommodations will have on others. It's never going to be 'inclusive' if you make 97% of the population uncomfortable or put at a disadvantage.

*Hell noo, if I do not want to even change sometimes around my own gender then obviously I would not want the opposite gender present, but at least around someone's own gender you can be more relaxed and is more chill around that. I would never ever let some random, who is not born female as I am, into a space where it is meant to be seperated between male and females.*

its fine, they can do that for newer generation....getting use to it from young age mean not being bother by it later in life..honestly i would not expect grown up to be comfy with it since they grew up being use to be in separate rooms for changing...personnaly i wasn't comfy even with my own gender as a teen cause i thought ppl would laugh at how i looked(even if there had been girls in the PE class changing room that would not made a difference back then)....so anyway childs brains are programmable to behave and adjust to what they have grown up with//been told is good/bad......ofc that include myself but i'am aware that i been indoctrinated, although its rly rough to let go of the teachings thats been put in me since a kid(both from parents and society standards)....from birth we have likes and dislikes, we also have that neutral thinking bar that can be influence by others and that neutral thinking bar is what can be molded by teachings(indoctrination) or if your trying to fit the mold of society....well its kin of fascinating how the brain work XD

Such a grating voice-- it sounds lazy, like you don't even want to be there or try to make a point. Much like the ideology; lazily proclaiming that your personal feelings are now everyone else's problem to accommodate, with no attention paid to what it will do to others.

This time on air literally serves nobody. Yes there are two people trans people with opposing views within the trans community, but the presenters are not allies of our community so don't fully understand and automatically side with India as she has the most conservative point of view. However India comes from a point of privilege background ;white, blonde, hair and blue eyed, able-bodied, neurotypical. She had the money and resources to be able to assimilate into the world and 'Pass' as a women. India is using all of the spear headed ignorance, dogma and rhetoric that everyone uses against not just the trans community of women who do not pass because they do not have the same privilege. But for every community who have been riduculd, bullied, harmed and attacked as India is constantly entering conversations through a British cis het lense. Not all representation is good representation
India does not represent ALL trans women, she is only making matters worse for our community. There is no monolithic way of being in this world not matter your community. India should be advocating Munroe Bergdorf
in this moment and all trans people of colour, neurodiverse and not be so ablist.
I know people will go oh well if trans women has this opinion 'calling people out' in there our community, then the whole community is flawed.
Everything is culture and culture is everything. There are always going to people in the every community who are more conservative and more liberal and central and either end of the political spectrum, there are always going to be differing opinions.
India needs to have a bit more respect. She needs to remember intersectionality has always always been here, look back at our history and realize we have always been here since before safe life saving gender surgery was a thing. We had to make the most of what we have in order to be our own ourselves. There are still people who are having to do the same because of waiting lists and awaiting to have their first appointment to be referred for talking therapy 6 years plus, even longer for hormones and longer still for surgery. There are people who are unable to have surgery/hormones, people who are being refused for surgery/hormones due to ableism, but are able to have surgery/hormones and have life threatening health conditions. Just like any other surgery you have to undergo, some people who are unable to undergo surgery. (REMEMBER NOT ALL TRANS PEOPLE WANT TO MEDICALLY TRANSITION- MY BODY MY CHOICE)

I am a woman. I don't want a man in a female changing room, female toilet, or female space because they are for females only. You are not a female. You are a man.
How hard is that to understand?

I don't have a problem with gender-neutral changing rooms but I have a problem with the radical non-binary rainbow mafia. So yes I have my own opinions but I mostly agree with India. I mostly agree with India
