When I have a difficult pan to wash, I remember what my 1st mother in law said. I put water in pan with or without soap & put it back on stove & turn burner back on. When it boils, I use a spatula to lossen up what’s not coming out. I also do this when I’m making gravy out of pan drippings. Same principle.
I was a Dawn purest for years. I wash my dishes by hand. I have a dish washer but I don’t use it much. I could tell that they changed the formula on Dawn because I kept having to use more and more and it still wasn’t doing the job. I found a bottle of Palmolive Oxi on clearance at Dollar General and tried it. I love it!! I only have to use a small amount in my dishwater and it suds up and cuts the grease so I’m sold! Also people just don’t seem to grasp the fact that using very hot water in dirty pans with a drop of detergent and letting it soak for a bit will do the trick. You don’t need any special cleaners. I even wash my counters and stove with my clean dish water before I put my dishes in. I don’t buy any special cleaners. People spend way too much money on cleaners.
I read someone's comment about a year ago about this so I tried the palmolive and I like it too. I also use a dish towel with dish soap to wipe the counter. My grandma pretty much only used a bar of household soap to clean everything. Sadly they've discontinued that soap.
I have a steamer I use that and a clean rage to clean all.thevsufaces in the kitchen or hit sisppy water and clean rag will domthe trick. Hand washed dishes get the cheapest soap I can find the se bottles are. Jnetu percent water any way. The dishwasher I use Finish cause we have hard water. Our parents and Grandpa parents use soap and hot water ti clean. All these products have are advertised instantly.
Yep - water, enough to cover baked on bits of saucepan. Add a small squirt of any detergent. Put back on stove & bring to a med. rolling boil for a minute. May scrape with metal spoon any hard bits while boiling if wanted. Turn off stove & leave until water is warm enough to touch to clean as normal.
I use the plastic credit cards you get in the mail or gift cards and use them to scrape yuk off. Free and they last a long time. Plus they are flexible.
Why scrub when you can let your stove do the work for you? You don't have to scrub, just put the pan with a little bit of soapy water on a burner of your choice and put it on low for several minutes until starts boiling Then take a spatula and see what boiled loose, it should come clean right away Another trick to prevent stock on food is start cooking on LOWER heat, EVEN if it takes LONGER It may take longer but it's well worth it and even better for your burners since they'll LAST even LONGER If you're cooking and food starts sticking, use a little bit of butter around the edges and work it loose with a spatula I use these tricks because I learned over time what works and what don't
I hired a lady to help clean my house. She mostly uses Dawn Dish Soap (not power wash) for cleaning. She refilled my Dawn Power Wash bottle for me with Dawn, some rubbing alcohol, and water. LOL I love her! But I like the spayer because the soap distributes better.
I use Dawn just the regular one for many things. When I do dishes and have a dirty pan I soak it with plain hot water while I do the rest of the dishes. By the time the rest of dishes are done the pan is easy to clean.😊
I just started using dawn power wash a year ago and I love it. It works great for me although I never have burned or dried up food on my pots so I never need to scrub. Lately I’ve heard people saying it used to be stronger so I tried one of the DIY recipes and I made it stronger than the recipe. Turns out I like my homemade one even better
My sister gave me a kit of Dawn Powerwash. I detest the smell and see no difference in its cleaning power. I thought maybe my well water had changed as I was using more and more Dawn. Last week I found two bottles of Dawn Original in my basement. Too bad they were small bottles. Nope, not my water! One squirt did the job! Over 50 years ago an elderly neighbor shared -- when food sticks or burns to the pan, sprinkle a little table salt, add water and bring to a boil on the stove--food will literally lift right off. Works like a charm!
We only had Dawn at home so that was all I would ever buy. Last couple of years it seems to be less potent and takes more of the "ultra" to do what it used to. Thanks for showing that the Walmart knockoff works just as well!
Wow, lots of work went into making this video! Good job guys! Im a plain Dawn girl. I use it for dishes and most all of my household cleaning needs. I also use it for washing hands in the kitchen and bathroom, by adding just a teaspoon or so of soap and filling the rest of the bottle with water. I guess Ill give the Walmart brand a try next time, just to see how it goes.
I have been mixing about 1Tbsp Walmart blue dish soap and 2 cups of water in my regular spray bottle for a while. Also, if you want a different scent just add a few drops of essential oil. I like peppermint or lemon. I use this on EVERYTHING!
I do something similar... I get a spray bottle and put a squirt of dawn dish soap... pour some acholol and peroxide and water... add a few drops of essential oil... shake it...
I like the regular Dawn dish detergent, or an equivalent, for cleaning greasy cookware. Remember, this is what is used to clean fowl and wildlife after oil spills. It is also part of the formula (Dawn, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide) recommended for cleaning pets if they are sprayed by a skunk because the skunk spray is oil based. I never use the straight stainless steel pads on anything, even my good stainless steel pans; I will use those soap pads occasionally. You can also use rolled up aluminum foil to clean stainless or other metal cookware. Bon Ami or Bar Keepers Friend powders keep stainless steel looking beautiful, especially if you hang your nice cookware on a pot rack. I use them with a soft pad, inside and out of the pan, after I have cleaned them. Rinse with hot water and dry with a dish towel. 🥰
Since I've gotten better cookware over the years, I know what you mean by not wanting to use abrasion I don't know if you ever had a Copper Chef Electric skillet, or even permanently seasoned colored cast iron, but those are items you really want to be careful with I've even used another type of pan that stains easily, and it's one of those with a white ceramic lining Even cooking something like an egg on the lowest possible setting makes the white lining stain, but there's only 1 way you can get that stain out To get the stain out, put a little bit of soapy water in the bottom of the pan, turn the burner on LOW for a few minutes and then gently scrub it and the stain comes out, leaving the lining looking LIKE NEW again
Great idea and it works! Take a used dryer sheet and put in pan with hot water and 1 drop of dawn, let stand for lil bit and all grease food will be stuck to dryer sheet and then finish washing it with dryer sheet , then wash as usual with dawn.
Instead of scrubbing that pan, I found 2 other tricks that actually work One is to put a little bit of soap and water in the bottom of your pan and put it on LOW for a few minutes or so The stuck on stuff should come right off with the gentle sweep of a brush in the soapy water The other trick I found is while you're cooking and something starts sticking, add a little bit of butter and unstick it as you go with a spatula Prevention is cooking on LOWER heat.... It may take longer, but it lowers the risk of stuck on food 🎊🥳🎉
Thank you for testing everything for us! I love regular blue Dawn. Mrs.Meyers & 7th generation soap is pretty good too. I very tiny amounts of rubbing alcohol for glass &surfaces i want to shine. I was a housekeeper, kennel attendant & have plenty of other jobs that require a lot of cleaning & Dawn is where it's at for cleaning , bleach for disinfecting. The scrapey thing is an AMAZING tool in the kitchen & is great at scraping nasty stuff off of counters as well. I think people just like convenience & are definitely very susceptible to advertising.
I like Aldi's version of Dawn. It recently went up 10 cents in price so it's now $1.79. I dilute it in a spray bottle and use it to clean the kitchen and countertops.
I like Dawn Power Wash for my Stainless steel refrigerator. Works better than SS cleaner. I’ve made the power wash dupe. The mist is slightly less dense than the OG. I added 10 drops of lemon essential oil (a suggested add), so that may have affected the foam.
Thanks for doing this experiment! I have actually bought the Power Wash, but for laundry! Someone recommended it for laundry stains and it DOES work great for that! 😂 But I started using it to wipe down grease on my stove after cooking. It works pretty well for that but, yes, it leaves a lot of streaks! Using rubbing alcohol for cleaning things works very well. I used to be a home health aide and a friend gave me a tip for cleaning mirrors and glass... just use straight rubbing alcohol. It works the best for that! I will have to try the trick of adding it to dish soap for cleaning dishes!
@jenniferjensen8538 I use Dawn and rubbing alcohol in my laundry for stains and always thought it was a pain to mix each. I never once thought to use my Powerwash, lol. It's basically the same recipe! I mix my own and add a little lemon essential oil for more oomph. Thanks for the tip!
I've used the Walmart Ultra dish detergent for a long time. It does a great job, doesn't take a lot and sells at a reasonable price. It's much less than the name brand products. The Walmart Ultimate laundry detergent is also very good.
I heat the bacon grease pan and get as much of the remaining grease out with a paper towel. After hubby had to rip out all ou '70's kitchen sink plumbing I have been warned to not to put any grease down the drain! I do my best to help. They were totally filled with years of grease! Cooked on eggs are a bear to get off. Soaking works best for me. Ceramic pan is my go to with cooking spray.
One thing to be aware of though is if you have a white lining in that pan, it stains very easily despite cooking on the lowest possible heat for even so much as an egg I found that the only way to get that stain out of a perfectly clean pan is to put a little bit of soapy water in that pan, put it on low on the burner for a few minutes or so and let the heat take care of it Then a few minutes later you should be able to take something like a small angled bottle brush and gently sweep the bottom of the pan I found that my white ceramic lined pan LOOKS LIKE NEW again
Great video!!! You guys are amazing people. I have learned so much from you guys. I wish you guys would do a book about how to clean & fix things, but I understand how hard it is to write and publish a book. Thank you again for all you do to help us and save us money.
I am a full time RVer and a lot of us use spray on products because we try not to use much water (It fills our small tanks fast). I often just use vinegar on things that are not very soiled. I make my own formula but will definitely use the Walmart brand blue dish soap! Thanks
I use the Dawn Platinum Dish Soap. Definitely works better than the regular Dawn. But i do like the Power Wash. It works well for me. I rarely use stainless steel cookware, but i let the pan/pot soak a bit in dawn and it cleans great
I bought a bottle of the powerwash and now I make my own and reuse the bottle. I don't use the powerwash to soften hardened food. I use my powerwash as more of a disinfectant. What I do is I put in the power wash bottle some regular tap water, add some dawn platinum dish soap (bought a large bottle of that and use it exclusively for that so still have most of the bottle) and I add at least an ounce of 99% rubbing alcohol. When I want to disinfect and de-grease a counter I use my powerwash. Works good as a degreaser and disinfectant. Spray it on surface give the rubbing alcohol about 30 seconds to 1 minute to do its thing, then wipe away. Then you have a shiny clean, disinfected surface. Just my take on the dawn power wash.
I am a Dawn purist so this has been very interesting to me. I only use the power wash for something to sit if I’m not doing dishes right away. And then I usually rinse the power wash off and then wash the dishes with my regular dishes.
Thanks for the great video testing the detergents. I almost bought the Dawn foaming detergent, however I am frugal and thought it was pricey. I will be trying the Walmart generic version of Dawn soon. I prefer the Walmart generic window cleaner better than Windex brand. I cleans better and does not have the perfume smell.
I thought you did the first one for 10 minutes. If so, the Walmart one did better in half the time. I never buy that stuff. I use dish soap from Dollar Tree and it works great for my needs. Thanks- I really enjoyed this program.
I use G.V. Ultra(biggest bottle), it's the same thing as Dawn. I accidentally put Platinum Foam in the Power Wash bottle, omgosh, blows out bubbles 😂, but it really cleans... I'll keep buying and using only those 2 things!
I have bought one bottle of the Dawn power wash and refilled it with the homemade version ever since. I use only one capful of rubbing alcohol though. Thanks I am going to try Walmarts version of Dawn.
I have a large bottle of Dawn that I bought at Costco. I have a dispenser that I put the Dawn in and you really use a lot less that way . I’ve used the power Dawn spray that I bought on sale and it worked ok . I’m not a Dawn purist and will use other brands ( my husband likes Dawn best ) . I mostly use cast iron to cook so no soap used to clean the skillet . I have a Blue Diamond skillet but the non stick is wearing off . The key to cleaning cookware is soaking in hot soapy water and elbow grease not the soap brand ( Walmart brand is fine )!Thanks Tawra for the testing the soap products❤
I use Dawn for grease marks on my clothes when I do the laundry. I make my own power wash with 2T Dawn and 1 or 2 T rubbing alcohol added to a power wash bottle of water. I like the Dawn clear, fragrance free. I use this home made solution to clean my eyeglasses, stove, bathroom sinks, etc.
Great experiments, Tawra! Very interesting! We can't buy Dawn here.... unless we buy it for exorbitant prices to have it shipped here! However, it sounds like we're not missing anything!! Our basic fragrance free liquid dishwashing soap works fine with hot water & soaking! 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
I bought this when it first came out and I got a great deal on Amazon for it. I did like it but used it for laundry stains and cleaning my stove. The only way I’m hand washing anything is if it didn’t come out from the dishwasher the first time around lol.
I loved these tests. I’ve been disillusioned with Dawn 4 long time. I ordered some Walmart dish soap because of your suggestion. Another suggestion: my laminate floor is dull & streaked. Could u test some of those cleaners, please?
❤ these! I always wondered these things but have no want to spend the time and money to find out. I also just found out Barkeepers miracle cleans stainless steel pans great!
@@LivingOnADime I only use the powder version of barkeeper's. It actually works. It is an abrasive though so protect hands and use on items that won't get damaged.
Tawra, I live in an area with extremely hard water. I think that’s why I need Bar Keeper’s Friend to get stainless steel pans (with copper bottoms) clean.
Now you just need to teach my husband and kids how to use one drop of soap per pan! They usually use a huge squirt that would be enough for 1 sink load of dishes
@@LivingOnADimethat's how mine is. It's in a hand soap dispenser so it's used for hands and dishes. We do not use antibacterial soap as it kills all good germs with the bad. 😊
I bought the dawn powerwash a couple years ago, becuase I'd heard such rave reviews and also wasn't impressed, but I kept the bottel and refill it. I do like the spray action for quick dish clean ups
I got a bottle of Dawn Powerwash awhile back, never again, it's a waste of money. I always liked the Palmolive soft touch with vitamin e. Seemed like it cleaned everything and wasn't so hard on my hands. Since I'm doing all hand washing again, I may go back to that.
I have a black stove. The best thing I have found that cleans fantastic without leaving streaks. Black is horrid for for smears and streaks. Fantastic Kitchen Cleaner.
I found a sprayer nozzle last year on amazon that you can add to any spray bottle and it makes your cleaner foam!! It works great because it makes the cleaner kind of stick on a little bit better and it seems to use less of the cleaner too. I actually delete my cleaner with a little bit of water anyways. And my cleaner is usually blue dishwashing soap generic from walmart with water. If I need serious disinfect and a little bit of bleach too.
We did, too and also for cleaning the bathtub. I wouldn't use laundry detergent for dishes now. It has optical brighteners and things I don't want on dishes.
I like the dawn power wash spray, but I have extreme difficulty working the trigger because my hands are crippled with arthritis. I called the company and told them about this that they needed to redesign the trigger to have a longer surface area to give you the physics that you need to get the strength to pull it. They were very nice and compensated me accordingly. I said to the customer service rep that I could really see how this would be a great product for men how they would love it and I was told that the majority of the colors to the consumer line are men who use the product and really enjoy it. I think it's just easier to spray wipe rinse and go then loading up a dishpan with water. I can also see how this would be a great product in a place where washing dishes is not easy or possible and where water is in short supply, maybe like even a camping scenario. It's too expensive to make it an everyday dish soap. Everyone's cooking and eating habits hence their amount of soil and grease on the dishes varies. I think if you find something that works for you just use what works for you and be happy.
I soak frying pan with just squirt of dish soap ( Ecos from walmart has no SLS)...sometimes overnight or whenever I check for crud to soften. Pour water out and wipe clean with paper towel. If there's still residue I sprinkle baking soda and scrub with my little square of stainless steel chainmail. Best purchase ever, chainmail cleans it all!
This was extensive testing. I also noticed that Dawn leaves residue and streaks. I did a couple tests and now use an old foaming bottle from hand soap and use warm water with a couple tablespoons of Dawn. I have to let it sit a while to get the right foam when pumped. I even found that Palmolive leaves less residue, but not crazy for it’s scent. Straight Dawn to clean chicken fat from a pan works well, not so much the Palmolive. As an aside, the little shelves in your kitchen are so very pretty!
Don’t use power wash but do use dawn platinum and really like that . The thing is I always use hot water with it and not just dry. Still is my go to dish soap .
I had the exact same experience. My friends and a family member swore by the Dawn Power Wash. Fool that I was, I bought a massive amount at Costco. I hadn’t even tried it.😅 I used on my scrambled eggs pan like you. Same experience. It did nothing except ruin the non stick surface of my ceramic pan. It’s never been the same. The fumes when I sprayed it made me cough like I was using oven cleaner. I donated it. I went back to my good old hot water and dish soap. Thanks for making me realize I’m not crazy.
Mr, Clean Clean Freak is not designed nor advertised to be used on dishes. I don’t like Dawn as I’ve always found it to be brutal on my hands. I think how hard your water is also impacts how effective a brand of dish soap or laundry detergent is.
My mom used Ivory dish soap when I was growing up. She didn't buy any of those specialty cleaners for the kitchen. Comet was used for the bathrooms, and wood oil/polish for the furniture. She dusted the house with a damp rag and nothing else. I use either Palmolive or Mrs. Meyers dish soap, and I do have antibacterial cleaners for the kitchen and bathroom, as well as wood oil/polish for the furniture.
Funny story about the scraper thingy. My mom gave me one and I kind of made fun of it, and at first didn't use it. One day decided to give it a try. Now can't live without it! Haha. Also love the Scrub Daddy.
Have you used Dawn/any blue dish soap mixed with vinegar. I do not heat it for cleaning shower and bathtub? I spray the shower/bath then clean the vanity toielet and mirrors. Go back to the tub takes no scrubing. Just wipe a wet spunge. Its magic.
@@cindyn3383 i do about half and half. There is a recipe. Google vinegar and blue dish soap cleaner. It might say to put in microwave. I dont because by the time I use it it’s not hot anyway. I works great.
I enjoyed watching the comparison on the various items; however, I just buy Dollar Tree+ products and a sponge with hot water, soaking. It works fine. I fell into the hype of using the Dawn power wash because of the sprayer/bottle concept. Yeah, it works, but why spend the extra money? In answer to your question about soaking overnight? Because, sometimes you're tired at night for a myriad of reasons, so it is just easier to let it soak and rinse clean in the a.m. That's why. Thanks again!

Why scrub when you can let your stove do the work for you?
You don't have to scrub, just put the pan with a little bit of soapy water on a burner of your choice and put it on low for several minutes until starts boiling
Then take a spatula and see what boiled loose, it should come clean right away
Another trick to prevent stock on food is start cooking on LOWER heat, EVEN if it takes LONGER
It may take longer but it's well worth it and even better for your burners since they'll LAST even LONGER
If you're cooking and food starts sticking, use a little bit of butter around the edges and work it loose with a spatula

One thing to be aware of though is if you have a white lining in that pan, it stains very easily despite cooking on the lowest possible heat for even so much as an egg
I found that the only way to get that stain out of a perfectly clean pan is to put a little bit of soapy water in that pan, put it on low on the burner for a few minutes or so and let the heat take care of it
Then a few minutes later you should be able to take something like a small angled bottle brush and gently sweep the bottom of the pan
I found that my white ceramic lined pan LOOKS LIKE NEW again
@@0annonymous mine are grey, no problem so far.
Great video!!! You guys are amazing people. I have learned so much from you guys. I wish you guys would do a book about how to clean & fix things, but I understand how hard it is to write and publish a book. Thank you again for all you do to help us and save us money.
My cat kept looking up every time you said my name lol I also reacted when I heard it,
I am a full time RVer and a lot of us use spray on products because we try not to use much water (It fills our small tanks fast).
I rarely use stainless steel cookware, but i let the pan/pot soak a bit in dawn and it cleans great
I have been using the Great Value brand for so many years & my daughter taught me the hack for making our own Power wash 😅 thanks!
I use a scub mommy, with my dawn power wash, works every time for me.
I use Dawn Power Wash with a Scrub Uncle (DollarTree dupe) and works like a charm.
Did you speed up the video? Your voices sounded a bit chipmunk- like. Great content!
I always play YT videos at 1.25 or 1.5. After reading your comment, I turned this one to 0.75 and it sounds normal.
I think the power wash is such a waste! Just soak a few drops of dawn in hot water
Little baking soda and water in the pan, boil it for a few minutes and wipe it clean. Easy peasy
Soap and water is my choice! I am a Palmolive fan...use a little and get lots of suds!
I bought this when it first came out and I got a great deal on Amazon for it. I did like it but used it for laundry stains and cleaning my stove. The only way I’m hand washing anything is if it didn’t come out from the dishwasher the first time around lol.
Thank you for doing this video. I agree that dish soap and a quick soak is all you need.
I loved these tests. I’ve been disillusioned with Dawn 4 long time. I ordered some Walmart dish soap because of your suggestion. Another suggestion: my laminate floor is dull & streaked. Could u test some of those cleaners, please?
Bona cleaner
❤ these! I always wondered these things but have no want to spend the time and money to find out. I also just found out Barkeepers miracle cleans stainless steel pans great!
"Barkeepers miracle cleans stainless steel pans great"...... actually.....just tested that one today....you will be surprised.... :-)
The powder version of barkeeper's actually works. Haven't had much luck with the liquid ones.
Don't store it in the original bottle. Put it in a pump bottle. ua-cam.com/video/PQJ_RbCEb-4/v-deo.html
Why do dishes one by one and not in a sink of hot soapy water? This way of cleaning dishes is so foreign to me.
@@LivingOnADimethat's how mine is. It's in a hand soap dispenser so it's used for hands and dishes. We do not use antibacterial soap as it kills all good germs with the bad. 😊
Yes bar keepers friend is awesome especially on stainless steel cookwear
Maybe...maybe not...I tested it today for an upcoming video.:-)
@@LivingOnADime fun
Thank you Tawra for giving us common sense and money-saving ideas!
I bought the dawn powerwash a couple years ago, becuase I'd heard such rave reviews and also wasn't impressed, but I kept the bottel and refill it. I do like the spray action for quick dish clean ups
Good job. Thanks for the testing.
dawn all the way
I got a bottle of Dawn Powerwash awhile back, never again, it's a waste of money. I always liked the Palmolive soft touch with vitamin e. Seemed like it cleaned everything and wasn't so hard on my hands. Since I'm doing all hand washing again, I may go back to that.
Where’s an sos pad? One of my favorites!!$
Thank you for these comparisons.
Proper prep of stainless steel pans prevents sticking in first place.😊
I have a black stove. The best thing I have found that cleans fantastic without leaving streaks. Black is horrid for for smears and streaks. Fantastic Kitchen Cleaner.
I tried several products and dawn’s power wash was the best by far.
I LOVE your initial reaction in the opening of the video!!! okay going to play the video! my 6 year old liked it too and wanted to see!
I refill with a squeeze of dish soap add water only, still foams, just as I have foaming hand pump's refills.
I’m 72, as a child we washed dishes in hot water and TIDE detergent. Very good a dissolving grease. Has to be powder Tide, NOT PODS
We did, too and also for cleaning the bathtub. I wouldn't use laundry detergent for dishes now. It has optical brighteners and things I don't want on dishes.
I was thinking about suggesting tide!
Can you test the Palmolive and ajex dish soap? That's the two I use
My mom always taught me to use cold water to clean eggs out of a pan? Idk if it matters.
That’s what i have always learned.
Thanks for doing this! I'm too cheap to buy those sprays anyway, glad to see I'm not missing out.
I saw a bottle of power wash was $8 dollars..I am not doing that.
I use Dawn dish soap for dishes and pots pans. Then I use Kurd for everything else great ❤️
I got rid of the chemical cleaners. We feel so much better. It’s worth buying better pans.
What pans did you end up buying?
You can buy a nice 25 dollar pan that cleans up easy.
For really dirty pans, I soak them with hot water and a dishwasher tablet
Use the Dawn spray bottle add 4 tbsp of Dawn, 3 oz alcohol and fill with water. It's amazing.
Thanks for showing this comparison. I was wondering about that new Dawn product. I also just use regular Dawn dish soap.
🎉Bar keepers friend scouring powder or soak with water and a dryer sheet for cooked on grease.
Thank you for a great test!! 😊
I hadn’t even tried it.😅
I used on my scrambled eggs pan like you.
Apparently you can use it for stains on clothing…
Mr, Clean Clean Freak is not designed nor advertised to be used on dishes.
I don’t like Dawn as I’ve always found it to be brutal on my hands. I think how hard your water is also impacts how effective a brand of dish soap or laundry detergent is.
Great job and thanks 😘👍🏻loved the video 😘👍🏻💕💕🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great vid. Good experiments 💜
Sos pads and hot water on baked on glass baking dishes works great!
😊 I'm glad you're testing dawn. I was just getting ready to buy
I love your show
Have you used Dawn/any blue dish soap mixed with vinegar. I do not heat it for cleaning shower and bathtub? I spray the shower/bath then clean the vanity toielet and mirrors. Go back to the tub takes no scrubing. Just wipe a wet spunge. Its magic.
How much of each do you put in?
@@cindyn3383 i do about half and half. There is a recipe. Google vinegar and blue dish soap cleaner. It might say to put in microwave. I dont because by the time I use it it’s not hot anyway. I works great.
@@tracytinker Thank you so much!
Bet you wouldn’t pour Dawn Power Wash into a Stanley like you did with the multifunctional QT cup 😂
I was admiring the QT cups too!!!
So versatile
I enjoyed watching the comparison on the various items; however, I just buy Dollar Tree+ products and a sponge with hot water, soaking. It works fine. I fell into the hype of using the Dawn power wash because of the sprayer/bottle concept. Yeah, it works, but why spend the extra money? In answer to your question about soaking overnight? Because, sometimes you're tired at night for a myriad of reasons, so it is just easier to let it soak and rinse clean in the a.m. That's why. Thanks again!
I found gain over dawn + water + alcohol works great for me in the air pump bottles
Thanks for this study. I’ll definitely try GV brand.
I liked and subscribed and SHARED!!!
Dawn powerwash works for me and dawn dishsoap also work for me too , never had problems re ms for years. And I use a sponge always.
Thanks for the great effort! 💪
