Hello Ben, just to comment on behalf of everyone else who encountered this problem FB updated the page like to generic categories. Doesn't this make everything in this video outdated? What would be the next course of action ?
I agree. They made targeting an audience very difficult. They should allow advertiser to target specific fan pages, that way people can easily target the audience of those pages. FB wants us to spend money.

I have just followed his method and I am running the ad sets right now. I couldn't find all the niches for my item soo I had to go with some FB suggestions when I chose my audience. I will keep you guys updated!
You won't get good results from FB suggestion usually cause they are too broad. If you think of competitors selling the same thing as you, if they all use the same suggestion you have much more competition, but if you research and look at the pages related to your niche you will go further into your niche and find amazing targets that noone else knows so 1, lower competition and 2, an audience more engaged for what you are selling or your niche. Do lots of research.

On another video you said we shouldn't start an ad campaign and go to sleep, so if you start your campaign at 12:00AM do you stay awake for 2-3 hours just to make sure everything's okay? 2. Why pay per impression? 3. Why not cross-sect the interests ? Websites - Magazines - Stores - Persons and Buyers? if the resulted audience is 100-200k (the amount you suggested we should go after in another video), would that be a better strategy for just starting in a niche than starting 5 adsets at once?
