      So what? Do you think that 500 will be better enduro bike than much lighter 250 with similar power?

    • @ZonaEnduro
      @ZonaEnduro 9 років тому

      Wesoły Kostek It's not abaout the bike, it's about the rider fitness

    • @HJZ75driver
      @HJZ75driver 9 років тому

      Depending on the conditions, yeah...nice open firetrails is where the 510 shines, the 250 is better for tight 2nd/3rd gear single trail.

    • @corvidcee
      @corvidcee 9 років тому +3

      HJZ75driver I dont agree with any of you..
      Go and ride both.. I have.. that 501 is insanely good and hides its weight very very well..Nothing like the old big-bore 4T. The 250 is much harder work to get the best out of..
      For the average trail rider (which you all are if youre trolling youtube).. the 501 is the better option.
      I love 2T power.. but they are quite a tiring ride if you arnt race fit.

    What a sound combination! Those short burst of low end grunt farts from the 500 and the "briiip briiips" of the smoker... Sounded like a true symphony.

    Wow, Glenn is smooth as silk on that big Husky. A true enduro rider. I like riding behind different types of riders, the track guys slam and bang their way through the trails while the woods guys seam to go easier on the the brake and throttle. Not sure which way is faster but I know you can last longer with the smoother style .

      This stuff looks like a highway compared to the stuff i'm used to riding. Not that I could ride as fast as either of them in my turf, but it looks almost groomed where they're at.

    • @troyboy986

    • @Xeil

      It definitely is the speed, Troy. They were hauling ass. I have plenty uploaded from when I really sucked to where i'm at now. Still far from pro.

      i wish i have a gopro to show you guys how hard is the single tracks here and its fun and how its good for learning how to handle the bike specially since you can never go higher than the second gear because its so tight ... tho' i ride on a 450

  • @jms415

    I am surprised that the Husky rider is sitting down so much. I thought in general you are supposed to stand in the straights and then transition to seated on the turns. Very impressive riding. Its cool to see it up close like this too.

    • @akg243
      @akg243 8 років тому

      +matt sanford Nice observation mate but generally depending on the conditions sitting down on the straights is a good way to save energy unless of course its full of whoops, logs, rocks etc where as standing up through some of the turns lets you manoeuvre the bike around with a bit more ease taking the strain of your arms and letting the legs do the work through the tight stuff. Plus if your standing up through some turns(not all) and all of a sudden you come across a log or rock, its a good idea to be on your feet :)
