No. Not your average size dog. Buy 5 stake them down and give it a try. It will actually keep your dog in and small children. When you get a chance go to Lowes and check out how long the ground stake is. Over 12 inches and if you are able to hammer it down all the way. You’re in great shape. It’s been almost 4 years no rust and have not had to replace anything. Now the gate is another story it opens easily after wear and tear but nothing a small lock will be able to take care of that. Or a small chai with a lock to keep the children and dogs in.
How do you use the gate as a corner piece when it only has the holes on one end? I’m trying to install and have some awkward measurement areas and this could be what I can do to fix it!
If you are using the no dog from Lowes. I love the Grand and the Grand.XL or use the gate on the XL for corners. I used majorly XL and 2 gates for the sidewalk and the near the road. I wish I would have only used one gate just at the sidewalk for the front door.
I like using the grand and grand XL and the gate to give you an option for corner and design. That may help your measurement. I angle my fence front the sides and I liked that design it work out perfect.
