      You can break up the smaller rocks, but yeah, if you've got tons of rock it won't work for you. Or if your major rock layers are far enough down like in this video ua-cam.com/video/m8MWWRo9T2U/v-deo.html

      Typically we think in two categories: digging or driving. Digging involves making a hole, either with an auger or a *gasp* shovel (not our favorite pastime). Driving is essentially hammering a post into the ground. They seem pretty different to me.

      Funny they would say that but let clowns install it 18” deep in sand with one 60 lb bag of concrete and say its covered. Manufacturers never cover workmanship. If my post is still standing tall and strong but the vinyl is all messed up, its on them.

    Can someone please help me? I live in Miami,fla. I am trying to find a fence contractor to install my fence but for some reason every time a fence contractor come to my home and give me an estimate,they either tell me to get the permit,they don't have liability insurance or they over charge me. I called a fence contractor who makes their own fences and he wants to charge me $95 dollars per linear foot for 125 feet for a aluminum picket fence,I believe he is trying to rip me off! How much does a linear foot of aluminum picket fence cost in 2023?

      We currently have these for any 2” post. I would not spend extra on heavy posts since these are stronger than the heavy posts.
      As far as purchasing them there is a link in the description. If you want to buy a license the can be purchased cheaper but the price shown is to allow people to use the patented system for a one time install. Fence contractors should reach out to me at sales@swifence.com to get licensing info.

    • @SWiFence
      @SWiFence  3 місяці тому

      I'm afraid it's not made for that. You could get it in there but it's not going to really serve it's purpose without being driven into the ground. I don't think it's going to do much for you.

    • @jr8958
      @jr8958 3 місяці тому

      @SWiFence I think it'll still provide strength as an insert. I would think that it would be more stronger than putting them into ground. It'll be surrounded by metal and concrete! Yes overkill tbh

  • @neilkratzer3182
    @neilkratzer3182 Рік тому

    All that is aluminum stiffeners used in pvc rails basically, though they are just a little heavier. Digger specialties made aluminum style fence you could take a panel out without messing with a post and it had no screws whatsoever. So many different aluminum fence manufacturers out there.

    • @SWiFence
      @SWiFence  Рік тому

      These are specially made for us. It takes the right aluminum to be strong enough to pound. Furthermore it has to fit correctly. Lastly, this system is patented so even if you did find it somewhere else, you would be infringing on the patent to install it. Don’t worry though. We have it available on our website which provided you license to use the system when yo buy the beams from us.

    I live in Michigan and I am sure there are rocks in the ground that would make the post want to shift as it is driven. How do you prevent this. Like the idea.

    • @SWiFence
      @SWiFence  Рік тому

      This method does depend on your soil. If you've got so many rocks that once you drive you can reach out and shift that post around because it's loose--it's never going to work. If you've got smaller rock you can often drive through. If you've got lots of larger rock it's not going to work.
