There was a game, not sure if it was a Metroidvania or not. But in the trailer, a Ghost-like creature drives his merchant cart into a Gothic horror style town and sets up shop. But then he reads a newspaper and finds out something like everyone is addicted to this corporate garbage and gets mad. I don't remember anything else and I can't find that trail anywhere
