      Amma if diabetic you can reduce or omit beetroot. You can add keera, carrot or keera and bottle gourd with yogurt. Try to take zero fat yogurt. Whole oats snd chia seeds good for elders. Per one person one table spoon oats and one or two tea spoons chia seeds, one cup full yogurt. Seasoning with ginger, cashew will be very tasty and healthy. Eat healthy and do exercise amma. Stay blessed 🙏
