Eat easy digestion food like vegetable juices, greens like Palak. Eat more fiber foods like oats, corn, millets. Sleep well for 8 hours. No coffee or tea. No sugar, deep oil food, out side food, functions food. NO PICKLES or package food like biscuits, noodles or similar food. Automatically it comes down andi. If not Pl see doctor once. Using minimal BP tablet is also good for brain and heart. Take care andi. 🙏😊❤️
