Great info. I tried eating very little to fit into summer clothes last year. That didn't work out too well. So here I am.
What you are proposing is 2 to 3 hours of exercise a day. Most people can’t get 10,000 steps without at least an hour long walk in addition to their ancillary steps. Strength training would take at least 45 minutes- more likely over an hour if you stretch. And dedicated cardio an additional 25. All this not to mention the time spent getting to and from the gym.
It’s the little things. Progress comes in different ways! I love having my clothes fit better.
Patience is key! I keep trying to tell myself that.
