Daniel Henney as Lan Mandragoran in the " Wheel of Time" series on Amazon. Warrior, main character, manly and sexy AF. Beautiful and perfect Asian masculinity in that show. Hopeful for more of exactly that in the future.
Oh wow I haven't seen much of a male from East Asian heritage talk about their experiences growing up, much respect to you. I can relate to you in many ways of enduring hell in my high school years, racially bullied and the struggles of balancing between 2 worlds as well as internalised racism which can tear apart the community if not addressed like it has been for me. In short, I never felt home in any place, growing up. I've basically now accepted that I can blend into two worlds at all and I have the freedom at will. I'm actually an Australian born Chinese, but I have more of a connection with BBC than I do with the Australians, and I'm also moving to the UK next February 😅 it's a long and complicated story
@@JohnWMUFC10 I think is more common than most people think. Anytime you’re different, people will single you out. This gets better as you get older :)
I am south asian and everything about me appears British in my voice and way of dressing and mannerisms yet I still do not feel at home with the culture I was brought up in not just cos of racism but something else it is very weird.
i’m viet born in london, this video genuinely struck a chord within me. i’m 16 still in school and your experiences have resonated with my own. it’s comforting seeing others with such similar perspectives thanks
It’s hard to find a girl. That’s the most important thing. If China or EastAsia is not powerful enough, no matter how many generations you are in UK, you or kids will be discriminated for sure.

He's half asian. But yes, he is a very good looking man

@@leop4087 Damn. I’ll be honest, it’s got easier finding a girl as I’ve got older because society has become a little more multicultural etc
