  • Kitesurfing, or kiteboarding, requires a high level of focus, alertness and synchronicity in your movements. It is an environmentally friendly sport that boosts your adrenaline and allows you to connect deeply with the forces of nature.
    Through yoga asanas (postures), you can develop flexibility, strength, balance, interconnectedness, and clarity! Your body, mind and spirit will all be well-prepared for kitesurfing.
    This Video Pre-Session, Part 1, includes a 10 minute practice to warm up and stretch the main muscles that you will use while kitesurfing.
    Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Any user of this exercise program assumes the risk of injury resulting from performing the exercise suggested.
