woooah that was really intense! especially the first 4 min, i wanted to quit, and choose another vid. I took a pause, and talked myself into seeing what this workout had to offer - i'm glad i finished it. Some poses/exercises are easier than others - the rolling was my fav, FUN! ✨

I've been doing beginner/intermediate level yoga videos in my home since 2018 (hoping to take classes with an in person instructor soon, as well). I came across this channel, and I love how this workout challenged me, more. I'm also a former dancer, and lost 37 lbs in a year- this workout reminded me of my pilates days, and was a great for my core! This will be a regular staple in my new routine.

Howdy,
I have been doing your practices every day for over a year, and appreciate what you do. Today I was a little disappointed though, as the title feels misleading. There's quite little yoga compared to most of your Yoga-Workout titled videos, and there's a very strong focus on legs. In my opinion, this should have been called a Yoga-Pilates video, mentioning Legs in the title.

It was good, but a bit too much on my hips in the first half.
