      Beautiful,loved it thank you. How do stay so energised and radiant? I've started to replace my coffee with cacao which feels so much more healthy. Do you drink coffee or stick to non caffeine beverages?

    woooah that was really intense! especially the first 4 min, i wanted to quit, and choose another vid. I took a pause, and talked myself into seeing what this workout had to offer - i'm glad i finished it. Some poses/exercises are easier than others - the rolling was my fav, FUN! ✨

    I've been doing beginner/intermediate level yoga videos in my home since 2018 (hoping to take classes with an in person instructor soon, as well). I came across this channel, and I love how this workout challenged me, more. I'm also a former dancer, and lost 37 lbs in a year- this workout reminded me of my pilates days, and was a great for my core! This will be a regular staple in my new routine.

    Amazing! I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety due to changes at the moment and this class helped me workout my body while reconnecting with myself and build strength while releasing anxiety. Challenging and healing at the same time. So good!

    Howdy,
    I have been doing your practices every day for over a year, and appreciate what you do. Today I was a little disappointed though, as the title feels misleading. There's quite little yoga compared to most of your Yoga-Workout titled videos, and there's a very strong focus on legs. In my opinion, this should have been called a Yoga-Pilates video, mentioning Legs in the title.

    No such thing as Pataia beach in Costa Rica, that one is in Thailand. As for the workout, I found it harder than expected from the description, but got through it and feel good for that. Thank you
