    Has anyone actually tried this yet? I would love to get your feedback for future classes... What do you want? More stretching/yoga or more workout? Or both? Thanks!!!

      I did the full workout, I liked it looking forward to more videos. Can you also talk about the areas that beginner need to focus on and strech/strenghten?

      hey sam i have been looking for kiteboard specific streaching for a year this is exactly what i needed!! thanks a lot can not wait for the next one to come and for the foil tutorial!! keep pushing your the best!!

    Sam, just superb, been looking for kitesurfing specific yoga moves for ages. This is exactly what I need, easy to follow and more importantly doable. Keep them coming. We are an a Sam Light theme at the moment, my Son, Sam has just bought The Refraction and loves it.

    Hi sam, i am young kiteboarding from south of Italy, this stretching exercises are really intense and benefic for us. If you make another video, with these type of stretching,I would be grateful.

    Love both your 20 and 30 min workout vids, Sam ... Been doing these workouts for a couple years now. You should make some more!

    These are great! I like to incorporate my kiteboard on some of the exercises like the pointed toe and I do leg lifts with my feet strapped in my kiteboard. This way I can pretend I am kiteboarding while exercising :-).

    Great few exercises Sam, loving the vids during quarantine, luckily tho I'm not on lockdown only problem is the wind haha

    Hi Sam thnx for your yoga/kite workout.especially the info on tennis elbow which i suffer from on 12m kite days.good time 2 get in shape in lockdown in new zealand😀

      I have suffered all my life with tennis elbow. I have been working on a specific video for tennis elbow for a while, I will finish it off

    Sam, it was great. Thanks. I needed it, I liked the short hit, and next time my upper back needs some release if possible. Hips and lower back feel good though.

      Sam Light literally just finished my third day of this. For future sessions, anything on core strength would be great, plus a slightly longer gap between some of the exercises would be useful... as I’ve found myself pausing and rewinding a little because I’ve had to check my phone to see what you are doing, then get into the position to start the exercise.... just a thought!!

    Hey Sam nice video. I am sorry that y'all are on lockdown in the U.K. These workouts look pretty useful for any boardsport in my opinion. Hope you get back out kite surfing soon.

      I am from Charleston South Carolina in America. Some places in America there are either lots of cases and in other places there barely any but the beaches are closed so I can't surf unless I am a resident of a certain beach which I am not. I live one island away from all of the barrier islands but I am thinking about harrowing one of my grandparents kayacks and going fishing today so I can still get out on the water and do something
