I did the full workout, I liked it looking forward to more videos. Can you also talk about the areas that beginner need to focus on and strech/strenghten?

Sam, just superb, been looking for kitesurfing specific yoga moves for ages. This is exactly what I need, easy to follow and more importantly doable. Keep them coming. We are an a Sam Light theme at the moment, my Son, Sam has just bought The Refraction and loves it.

Hi sam, i am young kiteboarding from south of Italy, this stretching exercises are really intense and benefic for us. If you make another video, with these type of stretching,I would be grateful.

These are great! I like to incorporate my kiteboard on some of the exercises like the pointed toe and I do leg lifts with my feet strapped in my kiteboard. This way I can pretend I am kiteboarding while exercising :-).

I have suffered all my life with tennis elbow. I have been working on a specific video for tennis elbow for a while, I will finish it off

Sam, it was great. Thanks. I needed it, I liked the short hit, and next time my upper back needs some release if possible. Hips and lower back feel good though.

Sam Light literally just finished my third day of this. For future sessions, anything on core strength would be great, plus a slightly longer gap between some of the exercises would be useful... as I’ve found myself pausing and rewinding a little because I’ve had to check my phone to see what you are doing, then get into the position to start the exercise.... just a thought!!

Hey Sam nice video. I am sorry that y'all are on lockdown in the U.K. These workouts look pretty useful for any boardsport in my opinion. Hope you get back out kite surfing soon.

I am from Charleston South Carolina in America. Some places in America there are either lots of cases and in other places there barely any but the beaches are closed so I can't surf unless I am a resident of a certain beach which I am not. I live one island away from all of the barrier islands but I am thinking about harrowing one of my grandparents kayacks and going fishing today so I can still get out on the water and do something
