“Green lights” is the book by Matthew McConaughey. He talks about when life gives you red lights and yellow lights, you try to turn them green. And then sometimes life might give you a red light for a reason and maybe you have to stop and take a different road. He says it a lot better than I can but it’s a fun book with a lot of interesting stuff about Matthew along with his philosophy about what he calls “livin” (without the “g”)

Juells you have faced allot of adversity and struggles but you will become stronger because this as don't rush and just enjoy it and those around you who empower you. As a good ole boy Mechanical Contractor that also rehabs houses on the side realize work is always there especially for those of us who treat people well and do quality work they Love. Enjoy the time there and the people around you including your friends and family. Sadly I'll miss the meet on the 15th as i'll be in Duma on the 20th but Enjoy and we'll keep watching your Journey..
What's really been doin me wonders is vitamin K and K2 (Thorne) to absorb D3 better and decalcify the arteries as well as Magnesium Citrate and Fish Oil (Bulk Supplements). Of course fasting for 60 hours last week cured me of diarrhea (from a bad avocado I think) as well as a sore throat. B3 or Liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside with TMG will "mimic" fasting but the real thing is generally much better at clearing out the waste from every crevice of your body. No bread. Mainly just meat for my diet. Bone broth. Been doin this for a year after getting Really sick last October. I follow a lot of Dr. Ken Berry's advice on youtube.
