This made my day. A few days ago I literally sold my F80 comp that had their EL mid pipe (which I loved) and ordered a G80 comp. Will definitely purchase this.
It’s crazy how much the equal length opened up the S58 with the stock muffler! But ayooo my man was driving driving the M3 😅 can’t wait to hear it with the AWE back on.
Damn it's loud. Next you should do intake. I have Eventuri on my 6mt G80 already and the Akras post cat are scheduled to be installed. I do have my F95 X5M on the Akras only(post cat) and am fairly happy so far.

Have you had a chance to hear their single midpipe? If so, how does this compare? I just got the AA downpipe and now trying to decide if it's worth it to wait for the equal length to come out or just pull the trigger on the single
I was fortunately able to hear them all. The single and xpipe will be louder. The equal length will smooth out the tone that the S58 should have sounded. Don't get me wrong, the equal length is still loud but it just hits different.
@@TheDailyDriven The one in the video looked awesome too, hope they will make some of this to release some quicker! I'm interested to see that pipe and AA's own exhaust setup
I'd say a single mid would flow better than that spaghetti noodle. I'd take equal length downipes branched into one single pipe. Saves weight also. Its sounds good though. But I think the G80 can just do a single mid unlike the s55 motor.
I personally have no plans on tuning the car and when I eventually have kids, I rather not have a car reeking with fumes. The car to me has enough power.
It's definitely loud for sure. I could only imagine how it is when it's catless. I will say the stock box has a tinny tone which the AWE rear box will take care of.
The final video will have that. I just wanted to show case the different variations. We just got the AWE + Active to fit this past Wednesday. That's a future video coming up.

Thank you ! That's a Uniden R7 radar detector. I have a dash cam that I need to put back on. Had it on my F80. That one is from Blackvue

Sounds too raspy and too loud with downpipes. The AWE rear will probably eliminate some of the raspiness.
