The Valvetronic Designs single midpipe is actually designed as equal length and it sounds better than both of these AA midpipes. Plus they now have option of stainless steel or titanium. Valvetronic midpipe paired with Remus rear sounds amazing as well.
valvetronic does not have the quality anywhere near AA. You should do more research
I do agree the valvetronic system sounds better than what AA currently offers for the g80 which really surprises me considering what AA did with the f8x platform
Valvetronic is fake advertising. The midpipe they sell is far different in sound from what you receive. If you don't believe me look at info on g80forum
@@flsupraguy I've been following the G80 forums for a long time. The reason the sound is different it's because the first midpipe was a prototype plus it was paired with DPs. Also they initially had some fitment issues which they have resolved. The design is slightly different and now it includes flex pipe as well. The VT midpipe is still one of the best sounding options IMO.
Clearly works for valvetronic
This sounds unreal. i love it. When I get a M2C, i want this mid pipe AA again.
What’s the difference between sound with:
X-pipe
Single mid-pipe
Equal length midpipe
Love AA's work for F8X. Unfortunately, Valvetronic's mid-pipe sound for G8X is miles better than this.

better Torque Low/High End. No leaks to my knowledge. I'm also running BMS elite front mount intake
So cats on turbo are stock in video and also muffler is stock?

@luke s I have 3 cars and 2 of them cost more than this. I am also #1 at my dealer for the Emira so I would say you're incorrect. Even if I couldn't afford one of these that doesn't change how bad this sounds.
I agree. The single mid sounds like dogshit...just like it did on the F80 I can't believe they actually manufactured this.
As much as I love BMW, that G80 M3 front end is absolutely horrible! Even after driving it (and the M4), I still hate it. I mean, they drive great but the look of the car ruins any enjoyment from driving them. The exhaust note sounds a tad bit better but not by much. Glad I went for the F90 Comp, but hopefully BMW gets their shit together and make a good looking car next time around.
Fun fact…. You can’t see the front end from behind the wheel. But I get it. If it’s not for you then BMW has other options as you have highlighted. I’m just glad they still offer a manual in the M3. Cheers!
@@brandonchism6960 Fun fact: I can still see it in the rear view mirror of my M5 Comp 🤷🏻♂️😆! Seriously though, the manual would have been the saving grace for me, but seeing them in person only made me hate the design more. Still drives great, just can’t stand that pointlessly ugly design.
