My dump trailer went up without issue, but now will not go back down. I usually hear a click, and it begins to slowly drop. Now I hear nothing, is it likely the coil has gone bad?

It's possible, if the clicking noise you heard previously was the sound of the valve moving, and the bad coil won't produce the magnetic field required to move the valve. Check for any bad relays in the up/down circuit. Those are common failure points and they make a clicking noise when energized.

Thank you for the reply. I’m on it now. Hope I can find the issue.

I have an issue with my dump trailer. I rises just fine decent speed. However, when I hit the down arrow it’s a gravity down pump/set up it takes really long probably anywhere from 3-6 min for the dump to come completely back down. Any ideas? Checked the magnetic field and it’s working fine.

I would check 2 things...considering it's gravity down it probably only has 1 hydraulic hose going to the lift cylinder. The other end of the cylinder should have "breather" installed to let air out of the other side other the cylinder. Sometimes from dirt, or from oil passing from worn seals inside the cylinder, the breather gets clogged and restricts the air moving through the breather. If you have one installed on your unit, try removing it and see if it goes down faster. The other thing I would check for is some sort of flow control at the pumping unit. Most have an adjustable valve that controls the rate of fluid allowed back into the tank. Hope this helps!

What would be causing my liftgate to slowly sag after its stored?

It could be something leaking, look for any evidence of a hydraulic leak around the liftgate and pump box area. If nothing is leaking externally, there may be a valve that is leaking internally.
