Was the window openly viewable from public? Then there was no expectation of privacy. Imagine changing or doing something which necessitates privacy in front of an open window and blaming a family or individual for invading your privacy because they happen to be taking a picture, or even just looking around.

Behind the labs is the GMP production floor with warehouse space along the far side. Outdoor rear corner emergency generator and hvac units, storage sheds for CO2, O2 and N2 cylinders. Great job 👍
