Been using this AOI for years. I've used nearly every one on the market. This one is by far has the best gloss/finish that I've used and up there with some of the ones with actual lasting protection (3 or more months) compared to other AOI's. I agree also its not that hydrophobic. It's more hydrophilic, but for me that's not a problem, still one of my go too AOI's for any softer clears or single stage clears. Side not as well in my opinion absolutely one of the easiest to work with in direct sunlight and I mean direct sunlight no problems at all I've even left it on in the sun for several days without wiping off just to test and it wiped off just as easy as if it just got worked in.

Great as always John. It is very nice to see UA-cam detailers do a set in full even if it is a small set and it is refreshing to hear how you brake the rules as we all do as we get better and better.
I have a friend who has a new 911. I reached him advanced driving many years ago and we have stayed mates ever since. He has access to amazing car, Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and VWs LOL the last one is a joke between us when we picked a Passat were we take the car for a nice drive. Me there him home and I buggered up an overtake being us to a lot of power and he took the piss something terrible and he did the same thing on the way home.
Take care of yourself buddy. I hope the little red is not too expensive.

Ive done many dozens of cars with Speed over the last few years, its great stuff. 3D 505 correction glaze is even better IMO. Its the same as Speed but without any silicones and it has more abrasive. If you like the look of the Speed then you will love the 3D Poxy wax. Its a concentrated form of the Montan wax and polymers that are in Speed but with the abrasives removed.

i used gtecniq ceramic coating a couple of years ago on my ST. it was first attempt and the roof is basically a rainbow , hardly noticable unless you get just the right angle in the right light. ive tried koch chemie orange pad and yellow fine cut polish but its taking an age to remove. i also tried 2500 wet sand in a test corner (after watching your stonechip repair video) but did see the white milky liquid so i stopped and polished and it looks okay.

Nice to see the purple dye has been removed from the newer version as this does stain your pads. I do like 3D Speed.

Thanks for the video John. Right on time! I’m looking for a single stage or AIO polish to do my 2011 Giulietta. I’ve seen your videos about Scholl S20 black, Angelwax Regenerate and this now? I’m all confused as to which product and pad combo to go for along with my DA. Time is the big factor for me and then price obviously.
What do you recommend? Not sure how Giulietta’s paint would react to Scholl as loads of reviews are for German hard paint.

I have swirls in my paint again.
I originally used a fine polish and prep/ decon with good results before using infinity wax synergy lite , I use safe wash methods and have been recently using DIY detail rinseless wash .
Can I safely use a ultra fine polish again like S40 or should I not polish again , also can you recommend a hard ceramic coat more resistant to wash maring and swirls as I don’t want to reapply coating every 3 months 🤦🏻‍♂️

Hi there again. I have another question, because I’m not pro detailed Just a normal person. Do you think is any sense on 17 years old car do hard cutting first and then try to fix almost the issues like stone chips scratches etc? To be fair it’s great moment for me to learn before I change car, plus if I do this I could see what’s left to fix otherwise I don’t know now what will be disappearing what not. Greetings, Tom.

you will make the stone chips worse. dont trust instagram videos showing flawless touchups. they are just showing the results at certain angles or distance to make them look flawless. with touch ups just to them quick, fill a few times to make a crown and flatten back to smooth and then cut and finish. or just touch up and buff :)

Volatile organic compounds. I think California has a similar idea on chemicals in the US, I believe, I'm sure someone will correct me. I think California state has very specific chemical policy on what can be allowed in certain products.

I actually can't really see any flickering to speak of as such... Maybe a bit of flickeryish white balance shifting though. Phones have this issue. The newest iPhones (the 15 or at least the pro models) have a white balance lock in the camera settings. Not sure what phone you have, but earlier iPhones didn't have this... and it is an improvement... Quite a big improvement in these kind of lighting conditions

Yeah, i like your way of thinking there, on value. As a gamer, players are always looking for the META, Most Efficient Tactic Available. Detailers are looking for that as well, only we include value into the meta calculation. What value is this adding to my washing method, polishing, drying? We don't mind paying a bit more for things that add that value, that give us time back, that reduce marring, but if its just more expensive cause marketing cost money, then its a harder 2nd sale

if your covered in deep swirls then this AIO on merc paint might not be as good as a heavy cut followed by a finish. but that always goes without saying of any AIO.
