Considering the amount of money it takes to raise a child, paternity fraud should be considered a felony.

@@PreeSpunky In the state I live in(California), adultery is perfectly legal and is encouraged by the court systems here because they reward women so handsomely for doing so. Men are typically kicked out of their own homes and forced to pay alimony and child support "if there is children" for the rest of their lives. There was a recent case here where a husband came home from work early only to find his wife engaged in a gangbang with 5 different men. The husband was furious when his wife refused to stop and told him to just leave until she was finished. Outraged the husband called the police and demanded that they come and remove the strange men from his home. When they arrived the furious husband was informed that the 5 men were allowed to stay and continue having sex with his wife because, A In this state adultery is not illegal, and B His wife invited them into the house, mind you the whole time this conversation was taking place she continued to have sex with the 5 men. When the husband began to loudly argue with the police they handcuffed him and arrested him for causing a domestic disturbance. The police maintained that due to the laws in this state hubby was supposed to just do what his wife told him to do and leave until she was finished, then he was free to file whatever papers he wanted to end their marriage. Men DO NOT get married in this state.

I see this a lot people don’t seem to get the more a man loves you, the faster that love can be twisted to hate after a betrayal of that man’s trust. 2nd thing I’ve noticed is women don’t understand that men want to pass their genes on to the next generation. The fact this woman kept this a secret for 25 years and prevented him from having any bio children of his own would scar him all the more.

I think their is different ways a person can turn off their emotions and mostly it’s heinous. I have extremely bad ADHD and have like no emotions , can straight up have no emotions for anything at all and turn them on kind of but they go off in the blink of an eye if something is bothering me . Was cheated on once years ago , thought I was loving this girl , but realized I was forcing myself to replicate any love style emotions towards her , found out and in seconds it’s like my mind hard reset and I felt nothing , no emotions what so ever , no hate , no love no anything . Found the guy , he was scared , told him he’s fine and I don’t even care but come over, he did , and told them both good luck , left I did have some inside laughs along my way. Emotions shutting off otherwise could be from the sick disgusting things someone is knowing they are doing , they keep doing it and they become so disgusted with themselves they feel nothing anymore .
It’s also could be constant bottling up of emotions and never letting them out, or talking about them, or even just feeling the emotions you have , will make them bottle away until their emotionless on the outside at least.
But for the third reason I know of is for me is ADHD , which makes emotions hard to either understand , control , deal with , or have .

She says she doesn't see how someone can just turn off their emotions and love can completely be gone just like that. Well that's because women can never know the utter pain of finding out your child isn't actually yours, but a result of an affair. AND to keep it a secret from him is a double betrayal. You will always be the biological mother, no one can ever take that away from you. But imagine what it feels like when being a biological father is taken away by just a few words.

Most women don't understand why men can turn off their emotions. This is true masculinity, emotional response could lead to a physical encounter. This is the strength of masculinity. Some women enjoy inflicting pain on others and Revell in the emotional toil. If he breaks down and cries she has power over him, if he is physical, she is the victim and has him arrested and ostracized. They do this to other women all the time too, the only time it doesn't work is when the victimized woman becomes physical and takes.out the trash.

I actually have been through this situation. After 30 years of marriage one night out of anger she told me that I was not the father of our kids. It took a second for this to sink in. And then pressured her to tell me who she cheated with. And it was with my Dad. Which died a couple years ago. She made all kind of B.S. excuses to try to justify her actions. I had no clue she was cheating at all. I trusted her with my soul and she knew it. Now I don't trust nobody. Heck i thought I had kids and even raised 2 of there grandkids. But now realize i have no kids or grandkids at all. She robbed me of 30 years of my life. And robbed me of thinking I had kids and the grandkids. This tore my heart and soul out. I can't look at them now with the same love as i once had for them. Now my eyesight has gone and my mind is has bad thoughts going on and the voices saying things for me to do is really hard to emotionalally deal with.

Robert, Thank you for sharing your story. Stay strong and stay positive my friend. Remember, you are a valuable person and have a lot of good living ahead of you. Don't let the actions of a couple toxic people, impact how you live the rest of your life. Whenever you feel yourself feeling down, do something positive for yourself like exercising, taking a walk, meditating, turning to your faith or having a talk with a trusted friend or family member. Speaking with a professional therapist may also be beneficial in helping you get any negative thoughts out of your mind. You'll find, that you are not alone, as many men have gone through situations like yours and have come through successfully. Finally, if you raised your children and have positive relationships with them, you are not only their legal father, you are their father. Studies have shown that biology is not all that important to kids, it's the love and relationship with their parents that matter most. I can speak from experience on that one, as I am adopted.
      Be well, FYA.

This is the kind of story that I think of when I hear about the bad old days of how men used to beat or kill their wives or get to wondering why so many religions consider stoning women to death for infidelity to be just. How can you get justice from a woman who not only wasted your life, but stole your legacy on Earth? I'm not a big advocate for violence, but I can accept that executing murderers and rapists is just, so what non-violent punishment can truly be justice in these situation? If you can't think of a non-violent sentence that would bring peace to the victims, maybe we should consider the state justified in bringing violent ones. Good behavior is often just as much a case of avoiding punishment as embracing virtue, so what punishments will dissuade paternity fraud? I think castration would be a good starting point, that would be castration of both the man and the woman involved in the crime. Since the state has already weaponized both family court and motherhood itself against fathers, it seems only fair that women who weaponized their ability to bear children be castrated to avoid a recurrence of that crime. We don't let felons own guns after all. I suspect few women and even fewer men would risk extra-marital relations if they knew it could/would result in castration.

Everything is stacked against the OP but yet, she still seems to be gaslighting herself and us to the point she sounds ridiculous.
There is no way that info for the Ancestry test can be found against any other form of DNA testing including other Ancestry companies. In order for your DNA info to be included you need to do the testing with each company. Realistically, very few people actually have done the Ancestry testing despite the companies claiming otherwise. To date, only 15 million people worldwide have done Ancestry testing. The chances of actually finding a family match are slim. Given that, the OP would have said if Bill Jr. had done the test but yet, she never mentions it.

There is no excuse for a betrayal of your husband, if nothing else she should have been loyal to him for his taking her out of her previous environment. He should have been regarded as her hero for his actions toward her. But she didn't even have a Clue #1 as to what he meant to and for her. The hubby took her off the streets and gave her a sanctuary in which to live. In return she betrayed him. Life's a bitch and then you marry one. Regarding her final update (35:00) she doesn't see how the ex could have turned his emotions around by 180-degrees instantaneously. Its easy. You changed the rules and he just reacted to the new rules. It can be done, but sometimes with difficulty. Now you just need to adopt a couple of cats, pick out a box wine in your price range, and live out your life by quarantining yourself in a little one-room apartment.

Sometimes it's challenging to understand what goes on inside the mind of certain kinds of people. I'm no fool and tend to see a woman like this as deceitful and "trash". But hearing this story and the way she wrote it, it seems to me she is actually being honest and saying what's on her mind. So this person grew up so dysfunctional that she actually don't understand how bad the thing she did is for her husband and son.
This is why you gotta be very judgmental and take into account everything about someone's past, including their childhood, and go deep into the person's present mind to see what they're really like, if they processed any traumas they may have had and so on. Make no commitments and God forbid have any kids before all this is figured out first.
