In this video, I look at the Lume Cube Ring Light Pro, a cordless ring light for video and photography content creators. It can be used with the supplied AC power supply, but it's also a battery-operated ring light and a rechargeable ring light at that. After showing you what comes in the box and closely looking at all those parts, I then conduct several video tests to let you see the before and after of using a ring light. I show how effective the ring light is when used in a normal room and then how it copes when the room is in total darkness. I even go outdoors and shoot a video in my garden in the pitch black of nighttime.

LOL, I would be the one to lose the Allen Wrench. So, this will also take a full weight DSLR camera?

Yes it will take a DSLR or Mirrorless camera but I would first attach a ballhead between the ring light and camera. That will get the lens closer to the centre of the ring. Alternatively, put the camera on its own tripod and have it behind the ring light, with the lens poking through the middle of the ring.
