That's way people need to call before showing up at people house.
I know!! I wish people always would do that but that's why i like to be prepare sometimes and have things in place so my house smells good - for the most part!
The Unknown my house smells like depression
lol I feel the same way!
When I get to the end of a Bath and Bodyworks Candle, I put in the freezer. The wax just pops out. I then break into chunks and use in my wax burner.
Works great!
This is genius! Thanks!
For a quick Fabreeze hack: I take an empty spray bottle, put in some of those scent booster beads, (I like Downey April Fresh), and fill with hot water. Shake until beads dissolve. Tadah, quick scented fabric spray without needing to buy extra product.
Wow, that is a great tip! Thank you!
Right now I just have it in one of my large cleaning spray bottles. I really want to get some cute little glass ones to just keep around the house.
Mel A Great idea. I'll definitely be trying this.
LOVE this idea! ;)
Mel A Fabulous idea. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm most definitely going to be making a special trip to Walmart early this morning thanks to you & your creative, practical, affordable, & very clever, useful DIY Febreze hack. Be Blessed !!!
I spray a dryer sheet with frebreez and put it on my a.c. filter
Deanna Waters what a good idea Deanna and thank you very much . I will do it.
super smart!!
O m g genious
Wow really good idea!
Onto it! Thanks.
I use my used dryer sheets (because they still smell good) and tuck them in between my couch cushions so that when someone sits down and they get that whoosh from sitting down, it smells like the dryer sheets. I just check them occasionally and when they lose their smell, I change them out. Bonus...everyone knows something smells good but they have no idea the dryer sheets are hidden between the cushions!!
Angela Wetzel that's actually a great idea! It's amazing how useful dryer sheets can be for all over the house! Thanks!
People with asthma and allergies have reactions to artificial scents and perfumes. Others just don't like these smells, which often are impossible to remove from fabrics.
Angela Wetzel I use cinnamon - natural, non-chemical, and smells great. The only downside? I get hungry :)
I keep a dryer sheet under passenger and driver seat. Makes my car smell really good all the time. I live in Houston and the heat just makes my car fresheners evaporate so fast. With dryer sheets the heat actually makes the scent stronger.
Grant Pell …and toxic. i’m still surprised people use fabric softener
I just fell in love with you lol. I’m the queen of all things that smell good in my family. Thanks for the extra tips ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks girl! 🥰
I add dryer sheets underneath my car seats.. Works way better in the summer time!!
This is a good idea! Thanks!
Valerie G great idea! Thank you
This is my opinion. A scented home doesn't mean your home is clean, deodorized, and sanitized. They say bacteria causes odors. I personally like my home to smell free and clear. Lighting a candle doesn't sound like a bad idea once in awhile. But masking the smell of odors doesn't mean your home is clean. Even if you're masking odors. You'll always get a whiff of those odors even if your masking them with scents. I find that baking soda does well absorbing odors. Put one of those refrigerator baking soda boxes in your car and the odors go away. If you have a lot of carpet in your home you might have to sprinkle some around. But I heard someone saying that baking soda isnt good for a vacuum cleaner motor. I'll have to read the owners manual on mine. And you want to know what always works well when your vacuuming, and maybe better than baking soda on the carpet? Is a vacuum cleaner with a hepa filter on it. If you're really trying to fight odors. The hepa filter is essential. It filters the air in your home as you vacuum. The vacuum cleaner is sucking air and blows out clean filtered air. They use hepa filters in hospitals. But a good vacuum cleaner with a hepa filter isn't cheap.
Jeff Chapman
i agree. it’s not good to mask odors. i always use clean burning soy candles that are non toxic. and yes baking soda works well. but the best is spraying vinegar all over the rugs, sofa, air or leave a bowl out and odors will go away. then the vinegar smell will go away soon enough.
From personal experience baking soda will ruin your motor. I've always ignored the tips saying "bad for you motor." Welp my motor just went out because of baking soda😭
I’m a 12 year old and have a dog and my mom wanna give the dog back because the house always smells like pee this really helped the house smell really good better than before
Walmart has a season candle that's called Mulled Cider and it smells amazing!! It is super cheap & actually does give off a good smell ❤️ Its only sold during the fall/winter so I have to stock up 😂
Laura Logan I love it. I stock up on the melts
Nalani OBrien ooh! I need to do that in the Fall, too! It's really my favorite scent & it's so inexpensive! Love it.
That is my favorite scent! I picked up a case of the wax squares for .25 on clearance this spring.
The mulled cider smells so amazing! Very festive also
Laura Logan Mulled Cider is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! I buy as many as I can when it’s fall time because I’m so sad to see them go! 😫 BEST SCENT EVER!
Yankee candles are the best and the scent really carries. Also, Dollar Tree bar soaps like Yardley are great for putting in your closets or drawers for a soft clean scent.
I have used the Downy beads on top of the filter in my vacuum cleaner. The air flowing through the vacuum smells nice!
I've done that as well
They actually sell scented filters like febreeze at Walmart and target!!
I boil hot water and mix clover and or cinnamon sticks in a bowl. The scent is amazing and will naturally rid orders. Have air flowing near or around the bowls. 😊
I keep candles on candle warmers throughout my house. They last longer that way. I like the unstoppables idea!
Just found your channel and loving your tips and tricks! Here's a tip for you.... When your candles have burned down you can stick it in the freezer to loosen the wax. Then carefully break the wax into chunks with a fork and use them in your wax burner. Why buy 2 products especially if you enjoy the scent from your candles? Don't let the leftovers go to waste. Also then you can remove the label from the candle jar and use it to store your wax chips. The Bath and Body Works candles have such a pretty jar and lid to display (or tuck away) your wax chips, cotton swabs/pads, small bathroom items like hair ties and clips, tweezers, etc.
This is helpful! I've frozen my candles before to loosen the wax but just so I could keep the candle jars for storage. I never thought of using them for the wax burner! Thank you!
Thank everyone for awesome ideas. I love a nice smelling, clean home without the pricey tags. I like the dryer sheets in the sofa; I use them when bed linens at the corners at every linen change. Also, my husband places them in a little ( map holder ?) compartment on the car door, the car smells wonderful, not overpowering.
God, I can’t believe it has been already 2 years since I discovered your beautiful channel through this video ! thank you for your continuous inspiration. Love your wonderful family !😍
Awww thank you! It’s hard for me to believe it’s been two years too!
Wishing you more no more success . Stay Blessed !
You have help me get started on my journey back to health after losing my mom. Thank you so much. You have made me know it's OK to have a disability and still stay on track. Thank you so much. Your videos have saved me.
Wow, thank you! You have made my day! I love knowing I'm helping other people! Best of wishes to you! You can do it! :)
TIP: I put my laundry scent boosters in a small mason jar that has tiny holes in the lid, and put that in my car! So when it's hot outside the wax melts and my car smells amazing!
I loved this video! I'm a very clean and organized person so a stinky home is a no bueno for me lol. I have a large dog and cat so I vacuum everyday (my cordless Dyson is the best thing to happen to me lol). I also do not allow my dog to get on any furniture. I know this is a touchy subject for people, but I don't like trying to relax on a couch that smells like a wet dog haha. Nor do I like walking to peoples homes that smell like animals, I'm very sensitive to smells. I love when my guests comment on how great my house smells. Bath and body works is the way to go! I don't care for the plug ins. I buy their candles in bulk when they have their half off sale, and use my coupons on top of that deal, super cheap! Everyone always assumes that I'm baking upon entering my house, lol nope it's a candle.
I spent $16 on a candle at Target last week and even the first round burning it didn’t smell!! So frustrating! I found the candles at Walmart for $3 and they are AMAZING! I save the more expensive bath and body works for my bedroom
Divinity Pagel I did this a few years ago! It was a BOUGHT LESSON, LITERALLY! Never again!
I am totally fan of Yankee candle products we also have a dog🐕and a cat 🐱 Love your videos you are motivating me to have a clean home . Love from France 🇫🇷
I love yankee also..home sweet home is my fav
Love you video
Nice video! How I keep my house smelling fresh: remove any old food from my fridge, freezer, or pantry; take out all trash, wash dishes, wash laundry (including towels and bedding), clean toilet, disinfect flat surfaces and vacuum floors. Febreze every room and especially couches and curtains. Cook/bake something that smells delicious and sweet like cookies or French toast. Open windows for fresh air. :) Also we have used a Moji Life (which like a Scentsy I think you have to get through a consultant). But it smells quite fresh and we noticed a huge difference in our house that we moved into because it used to be overrun by cats... it uses a fan to blow essential oil smells out and can be controlled using the Bluetooth on your phone! We like it a lot.
Thanks for the suggestions! I've never heard of Moji Life but I'll definitely have to look into it now! Being able to control by my phone would be awesome!
Jamie's Journey www.mojiproducts.com if you want more info👍They also have a Facebook page I believe.
Sarah Ogden I
Sarah Ogden :
Hi Sarah Ogden!
I like your comment.
I swear by bath and body candles...they work amazingly
I buy the Yankee car jars for the bathroom sometimes - Clean Cotton. And I have a Scentsy warmer in the bathroom. I like the scented sachet granules from Fresh Scents. The Laundry Line scent is a favorite. I get these from BedBathBeyond. I use them in my vacuum or tucked here and there in organza bags. I use baking soda and vinegar also. I try different things. Opening the windows. I've even simmered pine-sol on the stove top simply because I like how it smells. But - I've also simmered cinnamon sticks and nutmeg on the stove too. Especially at Christmas.
I've heard so many good things about simmering cinnamon and other similar scents on the stove during the fall and holidays! It's definitely going to be something I try this year! Thanks for all of the suggestions!
Oil diffusers r great when using 100% pure essential oils, and a few drops go a long way.there great at killing bacteria in the air and is great when your household r sick.different oils have different benefits, and u can also mix them up.thanks for the tips😀
Thanks for the info! I've heard a lot of good things about essential oils for killing bacteria and being helpful when people are sick. It seems like they are great for so many reasons! I think everyone is convincing me to use them! Thank you! :)
Essential oils do not kill bacteria in the air.
Just be careful what oils you use around pets. Some can be pretty toxic to them. Absolutely love a clean smelling home, but having dogs and a cat and learning about different oils around them, I'm way more cautious about which scents I use. Which does sometimes suck bit do to the fact some of my favorite scents are on the toxic list.
I use essential oil diffusers and the smell doesn’t linger in the air very well. I kind of gave up using my diffuser and I’ve used all kinds. I just don’t understand how people actually get their whole house smelling good with essential oil diffusers. I can see a small space like a bathroom but in the living room nobody can smell anything.
Ann Wixom. I agree with you on the essential oil diffuser. Cant smell it at all.
Dollar tree carries organza bags which are wonderful for the unstoppables. They are small and tie off and easy to hide. Love your tips!! New sub.
Thanks for the suggestion!
I wonder if cheese cloth would work..?
Thank you for that money saving tip! I totally have seen them there around bride/gift craft stuff. I am grabbing some up and some Downy!! (-:
thanks for sharing this information with us!!!! i'm always looking for new tricks to keep my home smelling wonderful!
Those fabric softener sheets are also good to use in the linen closet and in SHOES (it really keeps them smelling nice). I put them in my husband's shoes at night. By morning, his shoes smell great! I've also heard of putting one in the pocket of your jackets or coats. Also, some vanilla flavoring in a cup in your microwave and turn on the microwave for a few minutes before company is due. (When I was in real estate, we did this before an open house). And of course, simmering some cinnamon sticks, apple slices or clove or a mixture of them on the stove will make it smell beautiful for fall.
These are some great ideas!! Even though I use fabric softener sheets all the time, I never thought about using them in shoes!! That's a great idea! Thank you!!
I was told by a friend of mine who used to work at a dry cleaners that you can use the scent booster beads melted in hot water on any clothing items that say "dry clean only."Just spray it on anything that can't go into the washing machine. Then either hang it to dry or pop it in the dryer. I've tried it and it works like a charm and smells A-MAZING!!
I really appreciate your advices and recommendations!! They are very useful!! I watch your videos all the time and I admire you so much!! You're a very strong and hard working woman!! Keep up the good work! Looking forward to watching your next video! Lots of love from Romania(Europe)!! ❤️
Wow, thank you so much for the support! I can't thank YOU enough for your support!
I Love Yankee Candle and Bath and Body Works❤❤❤ Keep shining like a star🌟🌟🌟🌟
I used the Carpet Fresh powder on my carpet every time I vacuumed for a few years. When we replaced the carpet we found tons of the powder on the base floor!! It was a terrible mess trying to clean up.
not to mention its probably one of the worst things to do to your vacuum cleaner motor, total fail!
I've heard about this happening before. I was going to use some & my mom mentioned that the vacuum would never get all that powder up & it might ruin the vacuum. How unfortunate...
I don’t like powders in the carpet because I feel like the carpet feels chalky afterwards even when using just a little
It messed my vacuum cleaner up.
Thank you for some new ideas! We do a lot of the same things. We use 'Pet House' candles. They're strong scented, but good for large rooms.
Hi there! New here, something I've found for fabric is Odoban! not only does it smell good it's also a disinfectant! 6 kids, 4 cats and a big ole lab everything needs disinfected lol it even cleans pet and potty training accidents. soak the spot with Odoban and soak it up, vomit, cat pee, old milk all gone!!
I've never heard of that! I'll definitely have to look into Odoban! We definitely have our fair share of pet and toddler accidents so I'm willing to try anything! Thank you!
I love using it as well and it is a more natural product too! I purchase my by the gallon at Sam's Club.
Hi I use Odoban it’s fantastic! I use as a spray, for the wash! Kitty liter pan! There’s many uses and you can find it at Home Depot, a gallon or spray bottles already to go! I have cats and it eliminates odors! Must try! 😊
Thank you for sharing. I was browsing the internet in hope to find the solution... My older dog got sick and does her business only in the house, she was house trained for years, and all of a sudden she forgot how to go out. Within two months my white carpets are all stained, and it smells like h** here. Nothing works, really. I am looking forward to use this product. I read the Amazon reviews, they are amazing. ok, have to dun to to Lowe's now. Thank you
Addie Rehm you can get Odoban AAG Walmart. Does a great job.
Great video, will be trying out most of your tips. I too love my home to smell great, thanks.
I like a really clean and fresh smelling house too. Your the only person I've ever "known" that cares as much about it as I do. Actually, I'm finding since watching your videos, we have a lot in common. :)
You are totally right! I find myself in the minority with caring so much about a good smelling home! Glad I have someone who gets me! haha :)
Hi Jamie. I love your videos and how open & honest you are with your life. Its inspirational. I enjoy your cleaning and food videos. All of them. I'd love to see more about your workouts and what you do to stay healthy.
Thank you! and thanks for letting me know what videos you would like to see! :)
Amazing video, I had to subscribe! I stopped using dryer sheets in my laundry but I still had a bunch because we used to buy them at Costco and now I know what to do with the left over ones! Thank you for the great ideas!
Thank you for watching and commenting! :)
Great information. Enjoyed the video. Always like learning different ways and the use of products in the home. Nicely done.
I know that this video came out in 2017, but one thing I use to make my home smell good is essential oils in scent plug ins. To use them in scent plug in (like the wallflower,) you got to pray open an empty scent plug in refill bottle, take out the wick and pour in the essential oil(s) of your choice. Then, after that you will want to close up the bottle with the wick in place and use it like the ones you can get from the store or you can put the cap back on for a gift to someone or just for later use.
I simply use electric air purifiers with a multistage filter and active charcoal. I have three in my home and they seem to work fairly well.
Its hard to make it smell nice when you cook the whole house smells like bacon or fajita even w fan on full blast. The smell of the food even goes upstairs.
Especially when your husband "forgets" to turn the fan on! I try and meal plan around greasy food so I don't have to smell it for weeks on end.
But that’s just a different kind of good smell lol
Jeanette Kniebusch
spray your couch and air with pure white vinegar. it will absorb the odor. the vinegar odor will go away. another thing to try is to put a bowl of vinegar and it will absorb smells…
I haven't tried the vinegar, but I have simmered a small pot of water with coffee grounds and vanilla extract. That seems to get the smell out a few hours earlier. Another tip for cooking, I started making taco meat, chilli, spaghetti sauce in the garage in my instant pot. Just Saute to cook, keep warm until time to eat, then take the pot inside and put on the stove while serving. Food smells after eating really bother me and will even keep me up at night!!!
I have an addiction to BBW candles! And I love the Circle E candles also, that are made near my town in Texas also! But my favorite smell is cleaning the floors with Pine Sol. It smells fresh for a few days and it reminds me of my home growing up. My mom always used it. I'm new to your channel and really enjoy your content
So glad to find something pet friendly, we have six mischievous kitties and one dog so I happy I found this to make my house smell good and keep the critters safe
We love our pets so I really try to find ways to not have my house smell like them! :)
Yes! I get my candles from Target or jo ann fabrics loveee lilac petals! My husband and i always use fabreeze on my couch with 2 dogs! I use fabric softner sheets underneath my car seats!
I love candles and my scentsy warmer. If you don't have time to do a deep clean or just in general you want your house to smell good these are a great option. Great video!
Thank you!
Nice! Your video was refreshing and informative. Thanks for sharing. I love that you're just an ordinary Mom/wife with a life similar to so many women. Blessings!
Thank you! I try to be relatable! :)
Thank you for new tips always welcome 🙏
I love my oli diffuser! I always use it when i am at home
You live life you make me smile thanks !
My favorite candle of all time is the cabin fever scent from Milkhouse Candles. They are pricier but they last forever and this scent smells AMAZING if you love cozy scents.
Great tips!! I have 5 dogs so i'm always looking for ways to keep the home smelling fresh!! Thanks for sharing! :)
Sharon Sutich I love my pets but man, they smell up my house! Haha. Glad you found this video useful!
Sharon Sutich
Eww 5 dogs? That's just nasty
rebecarmor It’s her life she can do what she wants.
I use 100 percent essential oil, I put 25 drops in a spray bottle of water, I put 25 drops into a screw top container I fill with baking soda. I sprinkle the baking soda on carpet for 30 minutes before I vacuum them. I use lavender, be careful to only use pure essential oils and that are safe for pets. Google it.
thanks Jamie! ur the best! my house is fresh again. mmmm so relaxing. wooosah
She seems really nice and full of life. ;)
Thanks Jamie for the video. Please post more!
When I lived in F'bg Virginia, I had a Fireman tell me that the electric plug-ins caused more house and apartment fires annually than most folks knew. I never use them now.
Really? That's so interesting! I heard that in the Bath and Body Works plug-ins that they have a switch where they don't work anymore after a year because of that very reason. That means we have to replace them on a yearly basis. But this is good information! Thank you!
@@JamiesJourney I found that out after I tried to return a couple of them to the store because they stopped working.
I stayed in a hotel once which smelled amazing! The housekeeper said she used a product you can get from the dollar store called Fabuloso. You can use it full strength or dilute it in a spray bottle. The smell of the purple bottle lasts for days. I've sprayed rugs, furniture......the air. lol I've also taped dryer sheets to the bottom of some of my vent covers. Added bonus is it catches a lot of dust and easily lets the air pass through. 😉😉
Thank you for the suggestion!
Thanks this was a big help 💜
I love your energy, thank you I will follow your page.
I use dryer sheets behind my air vents inside my home. Also, dryer sheets under your car seats in tucked up with your visors help your car smelling fresh
I put dryer sheets with my vent air filter, it will put the smell in every room...also a few Drops of scented oil on the airfilter will give a good smell throughout the house
I love this! Great advice! Subscribed!
I’m glad I came across your channel. Great ideas
Thanks Jamie, you gave a lot of suggestions on how to keep your house smelling fresh I will definitely try some of your suggestions.
pfh3133 I hope they all work for you like they have worked for me! I love a good smelling home! 😊
Amen! I have the same "need" for a nice smelling house!
So glad I'm not the only one! :)
Im a scentsy consultant and i use my things everyday. I have a warmer in every room
I use Scentsy products regularly but only buy natural unscented candles to burn because I read that a burning candle will absorb ambient odors. I only use dryer sheets to tame static electricity in my hair during the winter. :) To get rid of odors in athletic shoes, spray the inside with Listerine...yes, the mouthwash.
I absolutely love and get frequent comments on the "Diva" scented candle from TYLER CANDLE COMPANY. I am a Realtor, and use I use it when I do OPEN HOUSES and recommend it to sellers when listing their home. It also lasts a very long time.
I put Gain dryer sheets inside of each pillow case side, and in the bathroom. Thanks for sharing !!
We have 3 dogs and use Walmart brand wax and even use scent beads in the burners, too. We also put dryer sheets under/behind couch cushions. We put the beads in the linen closet but I put them in panty hose (a lot cheaper and smaller than delicate bags). My husband puts used dryer sheets in his shoes after the gym to keep them fresh. I sprinkle the carpet powder in the bottom of the trash can about every 3 months.
The best candles I have ever had are Walmart candles . I really don’t like going to Walmart so when I go I always stock up on candles. The hazelnut is to dye for and they are cheap !
Scentsational candles are amazing and they are soy candles! Love them so much!! Also a little life hack is to take boiling hot water, pour it into the remains of your candles, let it cool and then pull out the remaining wax and break it up to put in a warmer. It's an awesome thing and I it's very resourceful! Hope this was helpful!
Another good candle brand is just makes scents, they are wonderful and jar they come in is also great
First time coming across one of your videos! I just wanted to say I love your attitude and I thought this video was very well done. Great ideas for getting the house to smell nice and I am definitely going to try them! Thanks!
Thank you so much! I'm glad I gave you some good ideas! :) Keeping a good smelling house is so important to me so I've tried so many things. I figured other people had to be in the same boat as me so I wanted to share!
Great vid Jamie. I drop the dryer sheets and essential oils in my trash can too. I really want to look into getting a diffuser from Amazon but it seems there's suddenly so many diff brands and a range of prices, I'm torn which to get and how much to spend. If you ever get one, let us know! :)
I see you've hit 3k followers, so great. Love your vids. Have a good week!
Big fan of baking soda. I like to get own jar add baking soda with few drops of favorite essential oils at the time. Shake it up really good then sprinkle on the carpet.
Like defussers and essential oils, however with having dogs and cat have to be careful what scent essential oils you use around them. Some are very toxic can make you pets ill. Good idea to look it up or ask your vet what is okay to use around your pets.
Some might be okay around dogs but not cats and visa versa.
Love your ideas and thank you for this video.
All great tips. I never have pets on any furniture. I love them but it just seems easier to keep hair and other things on paws from getting into the furniture.
you're good and great tips. Thank you. I'm a single guy and try to keep things somewhat clean and smelling ok. Really helpful.
Haha, glad I can help! I always have to help my husband with getting things to smell good so I understand!
I love bath and body candles too. Gold canyon has wonderful scented candles.
Jamie's you are amazing and thanks for this great video.
I put the fabric softener sheets in my shoes after I take them off so they smell fresh as well as my hall and/or closet.
Thank you so much for these tips. I’ll try them!... I also own a Tyson vacuum cleaner. They recommend not vacuuming baking soda. I’m not sure if the kind you showed is an exception bc is made for that purpose.
I put a few unstoppable/lenors pearls on the scented oil burner with water and it warmed perfectly!
Yes to oil diffusers! I love DoTERRA for oils.
After I researched all the chemicals in candles and wallflowers, I switched to oils. My favorite combo is lemon and clove. So fresh!!
Thanks for the suggestion! Since i'm new to all of this, I have so much to learn! I'm glad I get to learn from you guys!
My great grandmother used to open all the windows downstairs for 5 min to get fresh air in and get stale out. Then do upstairs later. She would do it longer at spring cleaning time.
I do that too from time to time!! Nothing better than fresh air!
Silver Dollar Candle Co.
Best smelling, rich long lasting, cleanest burning soy candles I've ever smelled.
Hi Jamie, great video! I really enjoy watching your channel...I used to work outside my house with little ones, so I can totally relate to you. Keep up the good work 😄
Thank you so much! I always feel so frazzled bouncing from work and home so I'm glad you can probably relate! :)
I love LeReve so beautiful snow flake is my fave smell the candles are just gorgeous
Gahhh i bet your house smells AMAZING! 😀 This clean freak is definitely subscribing!
Haha, I try to make it smell amazing all the time! Thank you so much for subscribing! and saying hi! I'm definitely a clean freak too so we need to stick together! :)
Yankee candle is a great place for candles and wax melts. Their warmers have timers which is great when you aren't going to be home
I have 3 cats 2 dogs. Old house had carpet. Thus one none! Big difference! I also damp mop with water and vinegar solution. So fresh😉
Hi Jamie,
Great video. I like the vinegar tip and I'm going to try it right now. 😊 I use Scenterpiece warmers and easy melt cups by Yankee Candles to keep my home smelling good.
Try mixing your banking soda with your favorite essential oils and sprinkle on your carpet like you usually do! Smells amazing!
I've done that before! It truly is amazing!!
I have an essential oil diffuser and love it, you would too. My favorite scents are peppermint lemon and lavender. They actually carry one at Walmart that's about $20 and pretty good. Love your videos, thanks for sharing
Thanks for letting me know! I'm much more likely to try one out if I can easily get it at Walmart. Thanks for watching and commenting! :)
Bloom and prosper candles are amazing 😊☀️⭐️
I love the idea about putting the downy laundry bag w blankets. I have found blankets made with polyester are the ones that smell the worst when stored or put away. ty
I love Yankee candle!
I LOVE Sand & Fog candles!
I really needed this. Have 2 big dogs. Trying to find a good combo of cleaning ideas to make my house smell fresh.
I noticed a big difference in the smell of our home when we got our dog. I find that most dog owners don't seem to notice any smells but I want to make for sure the people who aren't dog owners don't smell anything! I hope these ideas help! :)
Goose Creek Candles blow all other candles away!!!! Even when the wick in the candle has burned out, I scrape the wax out and use it in my wax melt. Try Toasty Maple Toddy. Smells AWESOME!
My 1st time to watch your video I love it and how up bear you are and some helpful hints! I also love bath & body , Zebra candles also work (have to go through the hassle of finding someone and ordering those also) Yankee candles worth the month ( bed Bath & Beyond) places like that... also I have used the dryer sheets in my drawers also and places that you want the scents to last also! In top of the vacuum when I do that I put the beads! A friend of mine also has told me about the air fresheners she puts in the closets also in places like the ottoman and also in the bottom of the garbage can then put the bag in and put a dryer sheet! One last thing I know that you don't always know when company can come over a little bit of the fobreeze in a pan with water to a low temp just to make it smell linger on the kitchen would also work or water , oranges, lime, ginger , cinnamon sticks, & rosemary also several things for that fall that's great oh and cranberries also! That smells really really great for this time of year fall & Christmas also !!! I hope some of my thought have helped you out and some that have been passed along to me also! I just subscribed to your channel! I can't wait to hear all your other tips and hints! Have a a boy that's 4 (just turned ) and a dog she's a small one but, also sheds and have that smell of a dog and what not so great lived you tips !!!!
Thank you so much!! You've given me a lot of great ideas! I'm always looking for different ways to get my house smelling good! It seems like we are very similar!
The best candle that I have tried and love are Partylite candles. They burn alot longer than other candles as long as u light them correctly and dont blow them out but instead smother them out. They may cost little more or not. For example a tealite normally burns only 2 hours Partylite tealite burns for 4hours and smell great.
