- “வல்லமை தாராயோ இந்த மாநிலம் பயனுற வாழ்வதற்கே” என்ற பாரதியாரின் பாடலுக்கேற்ப இவ்வுலகம் பயனுற வாழ்பவர்களுள், நாம் அன்றாட பயன்படுத்தும் பொருள்களான காதிதம், அட்டை, பென்சில் போன்றவற்றை குப்பையில் எறிந்து தேவையற்று போவதற்கு பதிலாக செடியாகவோ, மரமாகவோ வளரும் விதத்தில் வடிவமைத்து பூமியை பயனுற வருகிறார் விஷ்ணு வர்தன்.
கோவையில் பிறந்து வளர்ந்த விஷ்ணு, பெங்களூரில் பணியாற்றிக் கொண்டிருந்தார். அவரது வாழ்க்கையில் நிகழ்ந்த சில சம்பவங்கள் அவரின் குறிக்கோளை மாற்றி, மாற்றுப் பாதையில் தொடங்கிய பயணம் இன்று பல விவசாயிகளின் வாழ்வுக்கும், பூமிக்கும் பயன்படும் வகையில் தனது Plantcil நிறுவனத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தி வருகிறார்.
இக்காணொளியில் விஷ்ணு வர்தன் தான் எவ்வாறு இத்தகைய நிலைக்கு உயர்ந்தார் என்றும் நம் வாழ்க்கையில் நிகழும் ஒவ்வொரு நிகழ்வும் எவ்வாறு இறுதியில் நல்லதாக முடியும் என்பதைப் பற்றியும் கூறுகிறார்.
கதை சொல்லுதலிள்ள ஆற்றலால் விளையாட்டு, நகைச்சுவை, மற்றும் கலை போன்ற பல்வேறு துறைகளிலிருந்தும் வெற்றியாளர்கள் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கை அனுபவங்களை பகிர்ந்துக்கொள்ளும் ஒரு தளமாக ஜோஷ் டாக்ஸ் உள்ளது. ஒரு எளிய மாநாடாக தொடங்கப்பட்ட இது தற்போது இந்தியாவின் 20 நகரங்களில் பயணம்செய்து, 300கும் மேற்பட்ட கதைகளால் 15 மில்லியனுக்கும் அதிகமான இளைஞர்களின் வாழ்வை தொட்ட இயக்கமாக இருந்து வருகிறது. ஜோஷ் டாக்ஸ், ஆற்றல் பயன்படுத்தப்படாத திறமை வாய்ந்த இளைஞருக்கு சாதனைக் கதைகள் மூலம் வாழ்வின் சரியான திசையைக் காண்பிக்கிறது.

Three incidents changed the Life of Vishnu Vardhaan. It completely changed the way he lived in a corporate world which also led him to take up social Entrepreneurship benefitting the lives of farmers.
Born and brought up in Coimbatore, Vishnu Vardhan was working in a corporate company at Bangalore. Three incidents that he came across in his Life Changed the way he was living. He left his comfort zone, quit his job and came back to Coimbatore to figure out ways to work with farmers. He took up social entrepreneurship along with his friend.
As the Co-founder of Indian Superheroes (ISH), he has enabled over 800+ organic farmers to sell their products to businesses and customers directly, and improve profits by 184% on average. ISH is also enabling the transition of over 2400+ farmers to an organic way of life. ISH has a product portfolio of over 120 products - specializing in organic food, beauty essentials, and Zero Budget Organic Farming Workshops. While working with the organic farmers, he began to understand that widespread deforestation is one of the primary reasons behind severe droughts and floods that caused heavy losses to farmers.
Investigating the cause for deforestation gave birth to his second venture - Plantcil - eco-friendly pencils with one intention - to curb massive deforestation that impacts the environment and causes climate change. With a focus on the current generation Superheroes - the farmers, and the future generation Superheroes - the kids, Vishnu hopes that Indian Superheroes and Plantcil will go on to spur a movement that people will join hands with. The silent, organic & eco-friendly revolution has just begun.
