Hi, When i try to do another copy this list, approved status is not working(popup is not showing), How to deal with that please help me regarding this.
In your video, I see that you are using the existing templates to use the Approval flow. Is it not possible to do so from a blank template, or is it just too complicated?
hi Giuliano De Luca, thanks a lot for this sharing. How to delivery the approval email to outlook to the approver and it will help them to see pending ..instead of MS-teams activity
Thanks for the video. I'm getting error message - "This action is part of an experimental feature that is not supported in the current enviroment". Are you accessing this functionality as an "early adopter" or do you have access to this through "targeted release" meaning this functionaility is not actually available to standard users yet?.
@@DeLucaGiulian How confident are you about it being available in a matter of days? I'm asking because we were looking at developing our own flow but if this functionaility isn't far away I would prefer to wait. The message centre originally stated that it would be rolled out for GA starting begginning of May and completed by mid May, but obviously that hasn't be achieved. Any more feedback or Updates from you greatly appreciated so I can make some decisions on how to move forward 🙏🙏🙏
I can just tell you that in my experience normally there is a small delay in terms of days and not months in this specific scenario. I would suggest you think about if in the future you need to customize something in your process, because in that case it makes no sense to wait for this feature, but you can start immediately building your own flow.
This feature has so much potential, however, I've encountered a couple of big shortcomings. 1. The status "requested" does not update to "approved", even with a page refresh and waiting considerable time. You have to click on "requested" for this to update. There are threads with many people experiencing the same behaviour, but your video does not show this so perhaps it's an uncommon or new bug. 2. The "approved" status resets itself if you edit the List item at all. This is problematic for processes where admin staff may need to edit the list to track actions that occur after the approval.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. In your case I would see a better use of Power Automate to create your own workflow and overcome these limitations with standard integration.
Hello, sir! I'm a student working on an individual project called 'Intranet for SharePoint,' intended purely for educational purposes. I'm intrigued by your method for customizing the approval process using Power Automate, specifically for integrating with the Calendar. Could you please guide me on how to accomplish this?
Hi, I've already used this but is there any way to archive old requests please? I've tried adding folders but they only appear in the list themselves and not on the left, also I need to allow folders through the List Settings Advanced Settings every time I need to move list items. Is there any way to avoid this and simply drag to a folder to the left under Home, please?

Hi,
Yes I'm using the targeted release function but I think it's a matter of days before this capability will be available for everyone

Same here, still waiting for Approval status and approver columns to appear

Thanks for the content, very helpful. Can you do sequential approvals on MS List?

Hi,
With Power Automate you can do a lot of things, no doubts you'll find a lot of materials out there.
