Pieces needed for this zipper bag are 8-1/2" x 11" outside of bag, and 8-1/2" x 11" for lining, batting scraps (optional) and a zipper a bit longer than the bag will measure across. You can make this type of bag any size you need! You don't have to quilt it if you don't want to. It would also be easy to stitch a little pocket to the outside!
