Hey, thanks for the comment! On the Far North side of SA, where Cibolo Canyons is located, the new construction up there tends to start in the low to mid $400k's. There would be some options with the existing homes in that area, but if you're more focused on a new home, the Far West Side has a lot more availability under $400k. My wife and I have been raising our family in the Far West Side for about 8yrs and we've enjoyed similar amenities, great schools, and lots of shopping just like what you'd find in the Far North. Many of our clients that we've helped move to the FW side really enjoy living there as well. Is there any homes in this area under $400k? We are looking to move to Texas from Arizona when my kids finish the school year.
