I have at least 6 wips. I am currently working on an abandoned blanket of mine which is a bunch of 11 cluster by 11 cluster granny stitch squares. Half of the blanket is a bunch of blues and greens and the others are all cream colored. I raced through the colors and now I have only boring cream cotton yarn to work with for this.
For the blanket, you could put the smaller squares in a rectangle in the middle and then make the rest of the squares progressively larger as you go out to the outside edges of the blanket. (I hope that made sense) Then it would look intentional.
okay, seeing that section of your mom's blanket makes me SOOOO want to see the finished product!! if it helps, you could set small goals, like do X number of squares per week, or X rows per month, that way you have smaller goals to meet & its more manageable!!
I have like 5 wips, one being a baby blanket that needs to be done by the end of may, and I cast on a cardigan to knit the other day. What is wrong with me!? lol so glad I'm not alone in having a million projects going at once
For the mood blanket, don’t frog it. Make another square that’s identical and sew it together to make a sweater. Then use the same color pattern for the sleeves
I have like 20 wips but I am working on finishing 2-3 before starting a new one cuz gosh I can’t frog any with the amount of time I put into it 😵💫 also thank you for posting! 💕
That was an interesting video going through your wips. I usually only have one project going at a time because I would just confuse myself if I had more than one. Lol! If I get tired of working on a project, I take a break and make washcloths for a change then go back to my original project. I’m working on a blanket for myself now. 🧶💜🙏🏻
Hi Anna Kallajian right now I am working on my cottage core mosaic blanket and granny squares blanket and butterfly mosaic blanket and my moss stitch blanket and I love your channel and your videos and if you keep making videos I will keep watching them and what is your favorite crochet project to work on right now and favorite types of yarn to used when crocheting and keep up the great work on your UA-cam channel and keep up the great work on your crochet projects
Ngl this made me feel a lot less bad about my uncompleted projects lol. There are some that I totally gave up on (it’s usually granny square ones) where I’m like I’m gonna let the completion of that be that I enjoyed the experience of making those , and that will be its value 💕
I have so many wips lol but i just learned how to knit properly and im working on some knit pants. And then im going to attempt those bubble stitch pants everybody loves so much
I’m currently working on a bucket hat that came to me in a dream 😂 it’s brown with some green accents and im going to make a bunch of string plants to secure on so it looks like a plant pot
I've decided I'm doing "All Done April" and next year I'll do "Finish It February." The rules: 1. I can NOT start a new project until all of my WIPs are finished 2. If I start a new project while another project is still on the hook/needles, I have to give it away 3. I can start a new project if all other projects are finished BUT I have to finish it before starting a new project while the month is still going.
Honestly, i count myself as a lucky one for being able to finish the two "New Baby!" Projects i did as quickly as I did, and neither kid got their item (a sweater and a blanket, respectively) until they were at least 6 months old even though i started as soon as I learned of their moms' pregnancies.

i bet it’ll look so good once you’re done
@annakallajian Aww, thanks! I finished two wips this weekend, so that, of course, meant it was time to start another one lol

ok I haven't seen your vids in a while, nice to see u again, your hair looks AMAZINNNNN!!!
I can never focus long enough to finish temp/mood blankets...or blankets in general 😅 Maybe use the square as a back piece for a cardigan or sweater?

omg i’ve been making an almost identical blue and white floral granny square blanket for my mum for atleast 2 years now 😭
I started making a blanket for my friends new baby when she was pregnant. That baby is now 3 years old and has no blanket.

What are your plans to actually finish your WiPs?
Heyyyy
