At the tail end of tip 4 you recommended breaking the dandelion stump for extra plant fiber, but breaking the stem/stump prevents that specific blade of grass, dandelion, etc. from regenerating, so they won't be able to farm it for stems or tufts ever again
That use to be the case, but that is no longer the case. I would recommend going to chop down the half a dozen or so stems by the juice box near the oak tree. And maybe just throw them in a few pallets nearby. Then chop down all the stumps. Then come back in 2-3 days and they will be back. When I built my stair case and walls for my oak tree base, I chose the re enforced walls like a dummy. Needless to say, I needed a lot of stems. And that’s how I kept getting more.
Yeah of course. It had been a few days so I was itching to get out a video, it just took me awhile to make this one though. yeah I am going to try and incorporate more edits and funny things to balance out my natural “relaxed tone” 😂
On top of the bricks next to the hedge above the pond was were I built ull find the little stick not connected to anything. I was able to place 1 there
Oh im pretty sure the wolf spiders are always asleep during the daytime unless provoked the only problem is they can get disturbed by an ant Notice sometimes they can't find the sleeping spot as well
Yeah I did see one stuck on the outside looking like it was trying to climb during the day. That’s good to know that it as it a pathing issue and not a random thing.
@@ChaosBearGaming Same, I'm on ps so I appreciate your guide, I love survival games and I'm a 90s baby so it reminds me of the army men game on 64 that I fell in love with
@@Run_Ya_Pockets I am glad to hear you liked the guide. I didn’t really know much about survival games until I was an adult and now it’s basically all I play. I fit some RPGs in here and there though. Good ole 64 games 😂
@@Run_Ya_Pockets I think the part about any game is a healthy balance. I have 1500 hours in Ark, but after around 1000 hours on ASE I got burnt out and stopped playing until just before ASA was coming out. Now I play at least every other day, sometimes multiple days in a row, but I include other games. (like grounded, Minecraft, Elden Ring, etc). Also, I find the things I love about the game and really enjoy those. If I don’t like doing something then I don’t always force myself to do it. I am not someone who feels the need to grind up 50+ mutations for crazy boosted stats. But I will do a bit of breeding until I get a really cool looking creature. I increase the imprint % so I don’t need as many mutations to help the stats. I still breed first a perfect pair, but then I start breeding for colors and less for stats. I tend to run all the caves. I really like the caves as they’re like “dungeons” I think the caves are way more fun than the bosses. As they’re dangerous creatures, and there is treasure involved and if you need a challenge then trying no mount is always fun or certain death 😂 I usually only do a boss run to get Tek gear. Also, I build cool bases or exhibits for me or those cool creatures. I don’t feel I need to beat every boss all the time to “be good at the game” or to “enjoy the game”. You don’t have to “beat Ark”. It’s a video game, you can just enjoy it. Of course I say all this things while I play single player. I don’t have time for official or servers really. I play what works for me. I have a full time job, a fiancé who doesn’t game at all and 4 kids, so The pause button is my best friend 😂 TLDR: I can try and help with Ark 😂
I think the immersion and the scary experience. Even as an experienced player now I play in first person at times for immersion, but if I am struggling with anything I switch to 3rd person. Traversal is easier in 3rd person, combat is easier in 3rd person, you can see more in 3rd person. 3rd person is simply a better way to play in every regards except for immersion.

Just found out you can attach torches to the markers.
Yeah the game is full of fun little secrets. I feel like I still discover fun new stuff quite often.

A bit of advice is shovels can easily stun larvae
I did not know that, that’s great advice. Thank you for sharing that.
Nice bomb transition, that was cool. Also thanks for all the tips.

I am totally going to get me a pet, thinking about the aphid for sure.
Good choice, those little fellas are cute. Just be careful not to stand too close to the slurry or you will scare them away.
I was able to put a sap tap on a little branch where there was joint and had a leaf so it needs enough space
I hadn’t ran into that, thank you for that tip, I will have to look for a similar branch. I appreciate you sharing.

Bro you can harvest the flower petals from the flower ?? I’ve been waiting until they fall 😢
Oh no, that’s so sad. Yeah you can chop them down. It definitely took me some time to figure that out 😂
You can just slap a leaf to get dew
That’s true, they’re many different ways to gather water in the game. I really appreciate how accessible they made it.

Does anyone else get their water from the mantis fountain?
I feel like that one is way more convenient because it can be placed in your base. It’s just not obtainable until much later in the game.
@ChaosBearGaming good point. I used to have a dew catcher until I realized you could take water from the fountain.
@@pureadhd the fountains are great and they look cool too.
