I feel sabina, i cut people off completely u dont exist in my world, but at the same time now im at phase where i just speak how i truly reel atm, if things dont work out, we are just not aligned its okay world is abundant
You're so strong I love your mindset. I also had a similar experience to you. Recently I had to cut off a lot of people who I realized are toxic and negative. They would even try to put me down and encourage me to do toxic stuff and waste my money. Cutting people off is not easy at all, I've done it a lot and it really takes a toil. We are humans with emotions too, not a robot. I can't wait to meet new people who I don't have to cut off eventually.
My parents had a healthy and loving marriage for 20 years. To me, my dad was the most amazing, sweet, loving, honorable man alive. He was my super hero, also my best friend. Always taking care of me and my mom. He was always present, he took care of me as a child as well as throughout my adolescence and he still does it till this day (Im 20). He cheated on my mom 3 weeks ago. My world just crumbled. I couldnt believed my dad could have done something like that. I always said I wanted my future husband to be like him because he was the most amazing person, dad, husband. Now I dont want him to be anything like my dad. Our relationship fell apart. I cannot be friends with a person that betrayed and hurt my mom like that. I still feel pitty for him because Im his only daugther and thinking I will no longer give him a kiss or a hug makes me sad. He was an amazing dad though. But now it makes me sick thinking of him because he slept with a girl my age. I seriously dont now what to do or think. Im writting this because you guys said that theres sill loyal people, that have been in relationships for ages and they dont cheat. But how many ages was that? Because that happened to us after 20 YEARS. I did not come to say that everybody cheats though. Im just still so depressed by this situation. Its so precious to see you guys together I have a big sister too and I really adore her and its wonderful to have a person you can trust and share your perspective with them even when it may like in my case took some time to find back together bc of other factors. Like if anyone who's older than me and im saying something with respectful they immidietly like " ahh don't talk back " and like this when im not talking back at all im just saying with respectful and kind way when i feel sometings is not okay. And i know teenagers sometimes are not respectful they should but! I want to normalize this even if im a kid let me say out in respectful way if someone does to me or tell me something witch is not okay. And this is so toxic that even just if ur opinions is doesn't mach in a topic almost every older and grown ups immidietly goes like " don't talk back " " im older i can whatever i want " and things like that. I want to normalize that even if u so so young and the other is much older u can say out if you think something is not okay what they do or say to you. ( Sorry if my english is bad )
