couple of things and fun facts :) - the song 'the arsonist' was actually written about Alec's mom - the lyric you couldn't figure out in the song 'by now' is "roadblock on a fresh strip of highway" - a couple of the songs actually came out before the album itself did, such as pick me (January 26th, 2024), different kind of beautiful (October 27th, 2023), kind sized bed (March 22nd, 2024) and sacrifice tomorrow (May 3rd, 2024) - honestly if I had to pick a favorite I couldn't, I love them all so much. my top 3 though are probably Ways to go, The Arsonist, and In a Little :)) - loved the video! all of the songs in this album were so good

@@sageywagey_07 it costs a small fortune but it's in October so it's an easy save. It's around 215 per ticket so like $430 for both me and my mom to go 😂😂😂
since you seem confused, brief explanation for the song 12 notes - hes saying he's trying to write a song on the piano to express his love for them but 12 notes (the amount of notes on a piano) is not enough to be able to express how much they truly mean to him :)

@@justdragogames you cut it off after the second chorus because you said the lyrics just repeated, but you missed the bridge which was arguably the most emotional part of the entire song. He gets really heartfelt but you can really hear it. Yes it's a very short piece, but it's the most emotional part of the song. Without it the entire vibe is drastically different. It's still a good song because of course it is, but it's missing all the emotional depth it had.
