Do you sell the 9000C-FSH? If so, what needle system comes with that heaver model and is is possible to use the lighter #11 needle with a different feed dog plate? thx
Thank you for the free download juki smart app link, I have this machine for almost a year and I couldn't find where to download the app and it was driving me crazy😆
Thank you for your videos. I have the 150 qvp machine and their aren’t enough videos on this machine. I am learning so much from your demos on the the 9000.
Omg! I need to get this machine later on next year. It looks amazing. 🤩 I’m glad I found you guys keeping u in mind for my machine purchase especially since u guys are in Los Angeles. 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Joseph, thank you so much for all your tutorials. I'm wondering if you could make a tutorial showing how to install a turret presser foot on Juki DDL9000C FMS? Also, do you sell that presser foot? I checked your website and I couldn't find it.
Any idea why the machine stops sewing while sewing even if your pressing the pedal foot ? Mine recently started having that issue. If I release the pedal and press it again it will sew again but eventually does it again and it stops. Any help would be high appreciated 🙏🏻 I have this exact sewing machine. Thank you!
The slowest you can go is 150rpm You may have to set the lowest speed to 150. If you can't go to 150 then do the following: Push M Push 1. Memory setting Push3. During Sewing Push U035 Change to 150 This is setting the lowest speed you can set the machine to.
Do you sell the 9000C-FSH? If so, what needle system comes with that heaver model and is is possible to use the lighter #11 needle with a different feed dog plate? thx
between this juki and Brother Nexio model 7300-A-403 or 405 which will you recommend for longevity and better stitching, i heard with the brother nexio the machine can auto-adjust for bulky areas like you explain with the jeans, the machine can do auto change over.
I would recommend the Juki DDL9000CF. We've been offering both units for over 5 years now and had both units in a high production environment and the Juki offers more durability and versatility. The Juki has all the functions as the brother nexio 7300AP but more. I'll list the main differences that juki has that Brother does not: Auto presser foot control (Can program the machine to slow down like the Brother when the foot goes a certain height) The changeover button Juki app for easy programming Programming specialty stitches I recommend the Juki for this
Do you think this machine would handle sewing bags with vinyl and lighter leather. I was looking at the JUKI 1481-7 with a walking foot. But this machine is different with the feed dog dog change option? I have seen others sew bags without a walking foot on thick layers. If you could give me your opinion that would be awesome.
If you mainly plan to sew this type of fabric then I'd recommend the 1481 or dnu-1541s. You want a machine that will cater more towards what you mainly plan to sew. This machine can sew through lighter leathera and vinyls but experience and the right set up is needed.
The main difference is ease of use. On the Full digital you have all your options visible. The semi digital requires you to know each icon and then cycle through the process (Might not sound like a big deal but the purpose of this machine is to utilize all the different functions easily). The semi digital does not make it easy to access the functions which in turn will deter you from using them. Presser foot tension adjustment (can not use the change over function to the fullest extent without having the presser foot adjust automatically). Biggest use of the changeover is sewing from light to heavy or vice versa so having that foot option if important. Answer in a nut shell (For the small price difference, best to just go with the full digital in my opinion). Hope this helps.
If I mentioned that there is an auto thread tension function then I will have to apologize as there isn't one on this unit. Can you confirm if we are talking about the same thing. You have the thread clamp, or the changeover button that you can set up to a different tension. Let me know what issues you're having and I'll try an explain the best I can. Send a screenshot of your panel settings as well so I can see if there's anything out of the ordinary.
@UA-camrkit7 not the best for leather. Light leathers possible with teflon foot and plate. Recommended machines for leather: FROM LIGHTEST TO HEAVIEST. DU-1181 (Light to medium leathers and upholstery) Cheaper Dnu-1541s Light to heavy leathers Max thread I recommend is T138 bonded. Can go thicker thread but I advise capping it at T138 Slightly cheaper than DDL-9000C LU-1508NS Heavy leather sewing machine Price is a bit more than the DDL-9000C but excellent choice for leathers. Call my shop if you want to talk in more detail.
Certain vinyls you can sew. It can handle stitching through it but the feeding is where you run into issues on some vinyls. The Single needle can handle the weight but you have to minimize the drag of the foot by using a teflon foot and/or teflon plate. Can definitely sew through vinyl but you just have to understand the feeding.
@@ABCSewingMachine Is there one that your recommended for mainly stitching vinyls and canvas type fabrics. I would love one that can toggle both wovens and heavier fabrics like vinyl. But then the world would be perfect, lol. I just need a straight stitch but if one had the zigzag capabilities that would be nice as well.
@@atiyasperfecttreas I would like to see the fabric and thread you plan to sew (sales@abcsewingmachine.com). The DDL-9000C can handle a lot but I want to see what you sew so I can see if a walking foot is needed. I always recommend getting a straight stitch because you have an arsenal of presser foots and folders for the 1 needle but you lose a chunk of those options when you go zig zag.
@@ABCSewingMachine I mainly want to sew handbags i use all kinds of vinyls and waterproof canvas for the lining. Sometimes my layers can be 2 layers of vinyl, interfacing, waterproof canvas and maybe foam. So maybe 8 layers at a time. I've been using a Singer heavy duty but would love a walking foot machine. If I have to stitch and sew a cotton lining on another machine that's fine I have 5 others. The thread would be Bonded Polyester, Tex 70 threads.
@@atiyasperfecttreas I would recommend the walking foot machine then. Few options JUKI -DNU-1541S (Side load bobbin- made in Japan) -LU-1508NS (Top Load bobbin- made in Japan) -LU-2810 (Top Load bobbin, long arm, presser foot stroke dial- made in China)

I will be making a video on resetting the feed motors back to factory settings.
@@josephpark2256 I wish I can send you a photo/video showing how loose the bottom thread and how much of a bird nest it is too. I tried all your setting and still not any better. Is there anyway you can help me? Can we call or ft? I am happy to pay for your time. Joseph, what is biggest needle and thread this machine can handle? How thick can I sew on this machine?
The Juki MBH-180 button hole machine is one of our specialties. Of course it is possible to fix if it is not stopping. Your mechanic is correct when he says that it is a difficult machine and not many technicians know this machine. I am willing to fix it if you ship me the machine. Send me Thread, Fabric for testing and machine head w. all parts. I can fix it and ship back to you if you'd like.
