Any idea why the machine stops sewing while sewing even if your pressing the pedal foot ? Mine recently started having that issue. If I release the pedal and press it again it will sew again but eventually does it again and it stops. Any help would be high appreciated 🙏🏻 I have this exact sewing machine. Thank you!
yes I bought mine from sunnysewing. you can put on a free quilting long shank foot, then the feed dog can be set from +8 down to -4 in the touch screen. With the foot down the stitch length doesn't matter, but you can turn it down as well. the bottom speed is 150. Sunny machines are already setup. and there is a facebook group that covers this machine and the most popular juki semi industrial home machine.
Thanks for vid and info. I can't believe there's no way to lift foot on the DDL 9000 without the solenoid working. Is Juki hellbent on selling expensive proprietary replacement parts? At least most of their line-up is more serviceable.
RUN AWAY! BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GOLDSTAR TOOL!! I purchased a Juki-DDL-9000C-FMS from GoldStar Tool in August for $2500, David (the owner) sent me the lower end model Juki-DDL-9000C-SMS which retailed for $1899. My order has been a complete nightmare since the beginning. I was sent the wrong machine!! But it gets far worse…..this machine I received is designed for 220v factory electrical setting not your normal home electricity as advertised. Every time I turn on the machine my electricity shuts off after 30 seconds or so! My house is new, and I have several other industrial sewing machines that run with no electrical issues. David blames my home electricity, says its not the machine and not his problem. Finally, this machine has thrown an error code indicating the pressor foot sensor is bad. Again, David refuses to make it right. I am sitting here with a massive paper weight, and I’m out $2500, this is their mistake to fix and make right. I want a refund or the correct model of machine I purchased. I have no idea how they stay in business. If you do a quick search on eBay, Google and Facebook there are so many negative reviews about Gold Star Tool. As on 1/3/23 GoldStar Tool still has not provided me with a working machine.
I agree with you, hire him Juki!!!😊
