Have you found a way to silent it from the high fan noise and also the high pitch electronic sound that is always hearable when the machinist is on? Is it possible to change the fans to a couple that are quieter?

Any idea why the machine stops sewing while sewing even if your pressing the pedal foot ? Mine recently started having that issue. If I release the pedal and press it again it will sew again but eventually does it again and it stops. Any help would be highly appreciated 🙏🏻 I have this exact sewing machine. Thank you!
ooo Question...does Juki make this machine straight stitch AND a zig zag in same machine? Thought I wanted a TL but I love the memory this machine has to offer. I am 65 and I need more memory ;)

Is there a software update available for this machine? I purchased mine about 8 years ago and I don’t have some of the options you showed such as programming the buttons for different functions. There’s a USB port so I’m assuming I can update my interface somehow. Do you know where the update is? Thanks! Also, I’d love to see some videos on free motion quilting with this machine. That’s how they were marketing it at the quilt show when I purchased it. It was wonderful for the first year or two but now it just shreds any thread when I try to free motion. Lastly, what is the recommended maintenance on this? Other than routine cleaning and keeping the oil filled, is there anything else? It’s not the easiest to bring into a shop. Thank you! Can you use a regular needle on the heavy version as well? I do both thick and thin fabrics
if its timed for those needle sizes you can.
Love this machine! Still learning but it’s amazing. I don’t see the pdf which would be helpful. Note: this machine does not take #18 needles.
