    Sobrang naa-appreciate ko na may mga ganitong YT channel from experienced Pinoy architects. Dati puro foreign architects Yung nahahanap kong videos. Di Naman applicable sa atin yung info nila *especially* on materials. Sa tingin ko an improvement that can be made is medyo di dapat masyadong mahaba yung video and mas concise yung message. Thank you so much for this info tho, we really appreciate it 🙌

    Pareview din po ng 1) Smart blocks (brand with plant in Angeles City, parang chb pero mas mataas ang psi with lip and grove) at yung 2) precast concrete form blocks (parang malaking chb, suppliers po ay based sa Cavite).

    hi arch. FYI, the EPS sandwich panel you featured is not a "sandwich panel". in fact the product featured on your video is a precast wall panel system that uses EPS beads as an alternative aggregate making it light weight. if you are referring to an EPS sandwich panel, the correct product is SIPS or structural insulated panel system which is composed of 2 fiber cement board adhered to EPS which serves as the core element.

    Build a "skeleton" or frame/pillars of concrete, fill the spaces between with aircrete (homemade "liteblock"). Much better insulative value than hollow block. Use fiber sheet for tensile strength (no weight bearing). You're right though, the Liteblocks are sexy! I wouldn't even skim quote for a industrial look, adjacent to a modern bamboo slat wall.

Matipid ito promise hehehe😂

    ang SRC Panel architect eh matrabaho pa rin sa finishing okay ang SRC Panel kung meron ka pong Pump crete or Plastering Machine mabilis ang trabaho.. at the same time since plastering nga sya need mo pa rin magpahid ng skimcoat sa buong wall to make it the plaster smooth, maganda sya dahil din sa EPS Foam ang materials talagang heat proof ang wall

    Yung isa png cons ng permanent form work, mabigat.

  • @homesolutionsiloilo3354
    @homesolutionsiloilo3354 3 роки тому +11

    The possible disadvantage of First Wall (or Permanent Formwork Wall Panel) is... Fiber Cement Board has a possibility that will separate and fall from the solid concrete because 1). Fiber Cement Board will not bind with new solid concrete. 2). The adhesive agent that holds the Fiber Cement Boards and the EPS Foam will expire in the future. The result is that Fiber Cement Foam will separate and fall in the future.

    • @felix6533
      @felix6533 Рік тому

      It is called "De-lamination", @ 2:50. The laminate material ( fiber cement board ) is separated from the solid host core material due to expiration of adhesive that holds the the two components together. I would imagine SRC is a better system as it completely covers both sides of the core material with concrete.

Thank you sa information. Definitely titiyakin kong isa ka sa tatawagan ko pag ready na akong magpatayo ng bahay. Kaya lang baka sikat ka na 'non at hindi na sumasagot sa mga messages. LOL.
