Sade is great. She gives such a wonderful life performance of Why can't we live Together ? at the Montreux Jazz Festival ( 1984 ) As always, she has the audience eating out of her hand. I saw her live in the 1980's and the audience swooned for every little movement she made.
I love that you reacted to Sade. Her music is timeless and she is her class. She has class and is a very private person. You'll love her 1991 concert version of this song. It's amazing. Ashe just sings sang keeps it simple but yet full of class and beauty not by today's trash on stage.
Wow... this was this guys first time hearing or seeing Sade perform and he instantly perceived the difference between her classy and elegant smooth groove persona and that of the overtly in-your-face and overly sexualized and raunchy female performers so prominent now days!
I have her CD which is so good, but seeing the video brings a whole other dimension. It's electrifying!
I saw her live in germany - this was incredible and so beautiful. One of the best moments in my life. Greets from Germany. 👉😍👈
She is stunning
If she ever does another tour go and see them. That was the best concert I have attended bar none.
Amazing perfomance ...
Sade❤

There music always sounds smoother than silk.

I appreciate what you had to say about class and couldn't agree more. Class and respect are largely missing in music today. It's a real shame.
On the strength of this performance alone I would rank Sade in top ten vocalist in many years. Sade is also the name of the band .
I agree with you Hawksmere.
Sade like no other woman.
Never will be another

Jeff Beck has covered So Long Marianne, too, which I think is great.
To my ears that is better than the studio version.....
Love the epileptic outtakes lol.
Sade "SweetestTaboo" live and "Smooth Operator" live
Hi, Guy! Try "Cherish The Day Live 2011" (red outfit) also by Sade!
God Bless!
