I have a funny feeling that when you increase your calories a bit that the weight loss will kick in again. 1200 cals is still pretty low, but will probably start your metabolism going again. I have a friend who did the cambridge plan and put weight on a few weeks running when she was sticking to it. I didn't go to SW today as I'd booked a holiday. It was hubby's 60th this weekend and I've been off plan since Friday. Eating carbs for a hangover today, but will be back on plan tomorrow. Have a great week and thanks for the interesting videos. Hello I’ve been watching you for the last few weeks, and personally I’m so relieved you’ve come to this decision. I really believe you’ve made the right choice. I’ve been doing Slimming World since February, and I’m determined this time. I’m at the same stage as you where I know I won’t be having any more children as it’s been my pregnancies that’s thrown me off in previous years. I’m so excited to get to where I want to be. I’m 2 stone down now and another 1 and a half stone to go. I’m losing 1-2 pounds every week, with an odd surprise higher weight loss here and there. It’s slow, but I’m happy as I really believe I’ll keep it off this way as I’m seeing this plan as a diet, just a healthy change that was very much needed and one that I deserve. It is disappointing that you put on even when you have been 💯% I know, but like you said it’s obviously not suiting your body anymore and not making you feel right, so you have done the right thing. Oh Andrea, I genuinely welled-up when I learned your result, especially when you are so committed. No one will blame you for your decision - personally I think it’s the best thing you can do, even though I’m one of those who you mentioned would say your calories are still too low 😆 Healthy eating is the only plan that will work long-term, whether it’s done via calorie counting, SW, WW, or mindful eating and you’re absolutely right processed rubbish has no place in any diet and there’s always a health consequence somewhere down the line. The only thing I would say about this new plan is not to get concerned with your results for the next couple of weeks because your body is going to hang on desperately to those extra calories (in fact that’s probably what happened this week) as it tries to protect you from ‘starvation.’ That said, I wish you every success going forward and I am excited for next week’s video. You have to do what's best for you I did the Cambridge diet 40 years ago, one off the hardest thing I ever did only lasted 2 months was very light headed all the time I've been back on sw for 1 year now loose 4 stone my first time and put 3 back on in lock down,I've now lost 3st 4lb and hit my target twice withch I keep moving down by 7lb , I've got 6lb to go and who knows I might move it again all depends on how my body feels when I get there, I think you have done the right thing you well get these from one vergo to another good luck love watching your vlogs take care and sorry for such a long message I don't know when to shut up sometimes lol x

I’m a newish subcriber and don’t normally comment I pleased for you that you are changing things up. I got to target doing CC but incorporating the SW principles after 12 years of just doing SW x
Hi how do you do both Sw and cc when it comes to syns, only asking as that what I’d like to do, both together, if you’ve had your syns, but have calories left do you then have your snack because you are still under your calories? X
I try and go for the stuff which would be low in syns, but then I count the calories of it. I don't syn things. That way I still eat 'healthier' treats than I would do if I was just purely calorie counting. Hope that makes sense. I've had a few people ask the same question, so I'll go into more detail on Mondays weigh update. Hopefully it'll make sense then if it is as clear as mud now, ha ha x
