I grew up with 'Monty Python's Flying Circus' from the early 70s om both Swedish and (2 weeks later) on Danish TV. There are similarities between his and her animations, particularly the dirty ones although Gilliam couldn't be that dirty on BBC. Also, I visited Whitney (after Guggenheim's) in 1994 after having followed Sweden grabbing the bronze medal in the Word Cup in football (what Am. heathens call soccer...) and visting Jimi Hendrix' grave outside Seattle* (I traveled 13,000 km/8,000 miles in and/or through 25 states with with Amtrak on that 30-day rail pass at $299, and flew 6 times with crappy (already then) USAir at $349, plus a neat flight from Grand Canyon Airport to Las Vegas, 1h for $125...). And already the first week (Sweden played Cameroon in Pasadena 2-2), we (2 Norwegian guys and myself) met O.J. Simpson (who just died) at Santa Monica Freeway (or?) where he was hiding in a Ford Bronco with a dozen police cars and as many choppers in the air when we finally met them - on our way home from Universal Studios! Hollywood and murder history the same day. We had no idea what was going on what with all the people with their signs "GO JUICE!" and so on. We only learned when we got back to the hostel at Inglewood (where LAX is). Only in America🙄. 30 years ago this summer. Well, cheers to the late Suzann Pitt, I found her via MUBI (the movie site), but this one isn't available there just now.. *) Gotta love that fresh clam chowder... Memories...🤔 J, Sweden mubi.com/en/cast/suzan-pitt
