For polish people this is literally a childhood memory, Slavic people have in common one thing- even when you're Slovak, Czech, you've had at least one trauma from watching national cartoons.
This made me nostalgic, it reminded me of my childhood because of how the drawings are made, the song seems childish. Also, the way the video quality is makes me think of the old VHS I used to watch with my parents. Even though it's fucking weird, I like it.

Am I the only one here that understands this? It’s about a small town receiving a local cabaret. The structure shown throughout the short is a stand, the cabaret being advertised through posters on the stand. The stand garners the attention and captures the eye of the locals who go to the cabaret and witness the shows performed for their pleasure. The shows start out relatively normal with boxing, musical performances, and juggling performers, but then we see the real reason people go to see the cabaret is for the naked women. The short demonstrates the corruption such a place can create within a town, as shown by the people becoming more distracted at the sights and lustful imagery the cabaret presents. As these stand pop up around the entire globe, so does the corruption in those areas due to the nature of the cabaret. The film then shows people digging deeper holes metaphorically representing them getting into a bad situation such as this. Finally we see the stands and cabaret becoming demolished by a higher power, potentially the government, and the people becoming depressed, drinking their sorrows away, and trying to recreate the shows seen in the cabaret. We also see the people trying to find a replacement for the cabarets through the art of film, but that idea is soon rejected. But hey that’s just my interpretation of the short as a whole.
Good interpretation; I believe it could talk about Poland and the country's suffrage of the people due to the corruption of the government, perhaps taking away the "freedom of culture" of the people. The "musics, festivals, etc", all taken away.
