To add to this, you should hold the lever down until it buzzes as well. Let’s recap: Fill to the line with cold water, not above or below. Then, pull the lever down until it start to buzz, then release and wait for the gas to stop, doing this up to 3 times depending on how much carbonation you desire.
This is a how to not use the Aarke. You must fill to the fill line. You need to hold the handle down until it burps back at you. You should not add anything to the water before carbonating. You should pull down this video and redo it after you read the instructions.
I have been using it for a year. It's really good. The nozzle should be slightly immersed in the water, not in the air. Besides, the manual says not to add any syrups to the carbonated water directly. Please read the manual! It's pretty clear!!
Actually maybe YOU should read the manual lady. It says absolutely nothing absolutely submerging the nozzle and as for adding flavor it states not to add flavor BEFORE carbonation. I literally just double checked my manual because of your nonsense, rude comment
@@amandak.4246 you're entitled to your opinion. She told them to read the manual. I told her to read it herself, seeing she's wrong. Good luck in life to you with your logic lady
@@AzazelsWings except the manual actually says to fill to the line with cold water (not above or below the line). At the line the nozzle will be in the water
@SEAN Prices will vary on those carbonation cylinders. As far as how long they last, they're designed to carbonate 60 liters of water, so basically 60 water bottles worth. If you drink one bottle per day it should last you about 2 months. Thanks for watching!
A 20L CO2 canister is $20.99 and a bottle of 1L club soda is $0.99. So why should I spend all the effort to make my own CO2 drink? I know it can be fun but is there anymore benefits?
@0animalproductworld558 A single canister can make anywhere from 40 to 60 liters of carbonated water, so in the end it would wind up saving you quite a bit of money. 1L for $0.99 vs 40L for $20.99 means you'll save almost $20.00 for every 40L of carbonated water you make.....plus it's fun to use!
@@abtelectronics Ahhhhhhhh okay I misthought I was thinking ~$20 canister makes 20L of drinks but it's actually ~60L of drinks (: Yeah I know it can be very fun to use if it is so simple, easy, basic, and convenient (:
you need to make amendments to this video; you shouldnt be telling people that you can add as much as you want to. Plus, you arent holding it down long enough or filling the bottle enough
Machine is great and looks awesome, but the sirups are just full of sugar and taste artificial AF, is better to add some natural lime, minth, or whatever you want but Natural!
We have the Aarke but I found some SodaStream "flavorings" on clearance at the local grocery store. Absolutely, unconscionably nasty. (Then again, I've heard GROWN PEOPLE say OUT LOUD, IN MY PRESENCE, the phrase 'I don't like the taste of water.' Just... let that sink in for a while.)
@@DanielBrownsan Yeah, sometimes people want some flavor, plain water can be boring or blah. And depending on where you live, maybe your water is not very tasty.
Incorrect, you need to pull the lever until you hear the buzzing sound and release it little , wait few seconds between next release. to save CO2 and get enough gas.
why so much below fill-line??? The stick even does not touch the water. Funny also the rolling und desk. Some up and down very slightly shaking will do the same.
Read the handbook to get accurate directions. You are suppose to pull the lever until you hear the buzzing sound and fill to the line.
To carbonate water it is a good idea to have the nozzle in the water, not in the air above.
Like written in the manual (fill to the line). 😬

I am currently fyling on LSD a little. Never did I expected that carbonator commercial/guide would make me happy.
How was your trip?

Hello Homelia, how is the level of carbonation after three pulls, identical to Perrier or Seagram's club soda? Thanks

@chrismccannIRL that may be true, but she stated something different, suggesting it says something it does not.
On the website it says to not add the syrup into the bottle, and to do a max of three pulls on the lever.
It also said not to let gas out between pulls.
:D

Personally I love sugar ladden soda, all that sugar makes me so sweet I let people drink whatever the hell they want
You are right. That is why a beverage infuser works best !
Torani syrups are the best imho. Yes they have sugar but a little is better than sugar free stuff as far as I’m concerned.

The carbonate part was good, but ditch the unhealthy artificial flavors. Use some melon instead for example.
So... not a chemistry or physics major.
Does one need to be?
I'm so sowwy fow you🥺
Wemeber! Pwactice makes pewfect!
You can do this mam!💪🏻
The sodastream costs less and you don’t have to twist the water bottle or the carbonation cylinder
Not sure what the point of this comment is. Not twisting the bottle is the most trivial of processes
You should not add the "flavor" into the bottle as it is not dishwasher safe, unless you love hand washing plastic bottle.
Does it really help to roll the bottle?🤣
yes, because if you shake or flip it upside down when you open it the carbonation will spray everywhere whereas rolling it will agitate it less
@@taszlim Or you know just add it into a glass and the carbonated water on top like a normal person
Just buy soda stream don't buy that $300 unit
Rolling a bottle 😑
Ikr.
You should buy this carbonator and shake the bottle really hard to get a perfect flavour/carbonation-ratio👌🏻
lol this video is all wrong 🤣 so jokes everyone just read the manual don't follow this video ...
