wow i have been making pakoras so wrong all this while and wondering why it was sooo oily. Thanks for showing the right method. Especially waiting for 5 mins after mixing the vegs in the flour. Excellent tip!
Pakora is the best vegetarian snack. I would eat pakora with ketchup or green chutney every day. Tamarind chutney and pakora = heavan. Please open pakora fast food in America every county for us people who like vegetable crispy fried with hot Indian chaii.
I tried this recipe today on my husband's request. He really enjoyed the vegetable pakora I made . He gave me 10 out of 10. Thanks for your recipe VahChef :)
OMG green chili! it made my mouth burn just watching it. btw I made your onion pakora many times and there is so much aroma in the house when it's done. And in that video you've given a lot of tips about making pakora which will be important for someone making it for the first time. I'll be making this pakora soon as well. Thank you so much chef Sanjay Thumma.
I tried making at home....everyone luvd it...pakoras became very delicious..thankyou so much for yummylicious recipe. Can u also make a video of the chutney as well...☺😃
The Vegetable Pakora looks great. I will try this one tonight, and use up any veg I have in the fridge. The chutney that you serve it with looks very very good as well. What is it called? I could not catch the name on the video. Do you have a video for it. Great job making Indian cooking easy. Eddie from Scotland
Hi sir, I'll be making these pakoras for a party (and I'm the only one making all the party food), how far ahead of time can I make these pakoras? Let's say my arty starts at 3pm on a Saturday. Any tips how to keep them crispy as long as I could? I don't want to be cooking them crispy while the guests comes! Please do reply. Thank u
To make it less oily and more healthful, I make patty-like shapes with the mixture and cook them on a lightly oiled or non-stick pan on medium or medium-low heat for 2-4 minutes on each side ( or until they are golden brown on each side). I keep the pan covered so they cook through. Then I have them with different chutneys. They are so delicious!
assalamu alikom freind, im from morocco and im big fan of indian food 💖💖, i learn alot of recipies from ur website and today im going to try this recipie..... thanks alooot , namaste 🙏

please sir, if you write the ingredients and the method.. it will help us greatly, it becomes difficult for us to cook.. without proper measurements. thanks.
KT That chili is not very hot; the smaller green chiliies that he cooks with is very hot. When I'm eating I usually take 4 or 5 of the small, green chilies in my plate, although I do cook with chilies; I love hot chilies. Whenever I'm buying chilies I MUST taste one to know if it's hot enough for me, and then I'll buy them.
Makes my mouth extremely watery when I go to the Indian restaurant, specially when I see the pakora
